Been to my local toolstation

Been to my local toolstation to buy a worktop jig which is page 609 of the new cat 100 march 24 catalogue And also on line at the price of 54 98 To be told that this product is 89 98 questioned staff about price to be told there is a section in there catalogues in the shop that says prices can change Then I rang customer care to be lied to saying that they was on offer and thats why the price is wrong I dont believe this is good practice I had to buy it as I have promised a customer to do job tomorrow

I didnt receive e mail that my package will be in two parts and I didnt receive e mail with track and trace code for second one Only after few e mails callings and messages on messenger I received information about my packages

Not possible to make a review for a product i purchased

Actually i would give 1 star for a product that i bought from toolstation nl because the existing reviews on this product were misdirecting people I called the customer service and being told that it is not possible to write a review if i didn t receive an email which is send to randomly selected people So 1 star to toolstation nl People should be able to write a review for the product they bought

scammed in your online store

The ad did not say that the machine came without a charger or battery and the price on other pages including the official one is half they sold it to me for 150 and it costs 76 without a battery or charger I had to buy everything separately when your ad the photo and the ad header was a complete set

The order OWW144831318 was placed on February 19 before 22 00 your website indicates that delivery is the next day maximum - every other day It s already February 26th 7 days have passed A week including Saturday and Sunday Today is February 26th there is no parcel no answer to the question Why does everything work so poorly in the Netherlands At the same time you withdrew the money but I have to wait a week for the goods that I ordered

I made an order through the site 2 weeks ago the first week the order status was new I wrote them a message but in response I received a message that the answer can be received on the site that I CAN T GO TO WHY NOT REPLY BY EMAIL or on the site on which I placed an order Then I wrote to them again the status changed to on hold The result is half a month without my order it is impossible to contact the support service where my order is unknown
