Windows and Android programs work well

Been using TorGuard since 2019 on my laptop 2 4Ghz quad core and tower 4 2Ghz 16GB ram On both machines run Win10 with latest updates TorGuard is always slow to connect takes about 2 minutes to fully verify with their proprietary WireGuard Connection drops sometimes regardless of what server you pick If ever the app is open but not active all internet traffic is stopped Sometimes after closing TorGuard my WiFi adapter craps itself completely wont reconnect to wifi unless system reboot After using for 4 years I would say TorGuard is slow but does a good job overall for the discounted price of 30 USD year Not terrible but not amazing either

Service is just ok

Windows and Android programs work well but the iOS program lags behind those two programs and cannot be used in Iran The development team of this company does nothing to update it My opinion is that this company s iOS app is dead

Limited city options

Intermittent and random disconnects No split tunneling Slow servers VPN detected by amazon and other streaming services App is slow Switching between servers is not seamless You have to disconnect from an existing server and reconnect to another server But affordable Service is just ok Good for torrenting and staying anonymous

Connection in China was less than

Service did not give me the option to host through my home city of San Antonio Texas Did not like being forced to go thru Dallas or Houston Service did not mask me properly either so it was not beneficial for me

Connection in China was less than ideal I had face many days where there was no connection and most of the time the connection was too slow

I can not use this platform on my iPhone 15 Every time I turn it on it will allow me to answer calls but the people can not hear me Turn it off and phone works fine Have tried several times between Apple and Tor Guard and neither can figure out why this happens

I paid for annual service with a VPN router and both years you never sent it to me So why lie to costumers Fix this and I will reinstate my service with your company
