Hello I usually use servers Germany Malta and Canada for some reason when I connect to them they reduce my streaming or internet connection which is really bad for me

Speeds are terrible Spent half an hour speaking with support trying different settings with no change in speed

I have 500mbs connection Proved by Ookla s speedtest Brazilian private ip gives me about 0 3 mbs And regularly connection crashes

90 of the servers stopped working and those that worked were very slow and almost useless I had to purchase another VPN

I seem to keep losing my ability to connect I get failure notices when I try to log in The help desk people are helpful but it typically takes numerous back and forth notes to get me back on-line

The app constantly crashes and takes upto 6 or 7 attempts to start I m always left thinking I should try another provider but I have to say when I run an ip test once it s running it does work and does the job On the laptop it s also hit and miss if it starts

-1 star for never sending the VPN router that was part of the deal when I was new to the service and never responding to my case on the issue -1 star for pushing forward with a project that had you changing IP addresses that you failed to ensure would properly geographically locate When I raised concern over not being able to access US sites your advice was to use my static IP a solution for one computer This diminished the value of the service to me -1 star for the wild fluctuations in speed across various sites and inability to maintain a connection to some I m not talking about extremes like US vs Asia I m talking regional US sites like TX GA FL NY and NJ 1 for connection software easy to use lots of features 1 for offering access to so many sites worldwide and the cost if the service when everything works properly My overall impression however is that I m going to try other services to see if I find one that is a better fit for me rather than continue with this one
