Contacted customer service to refund after I was automatically debited for a years service I contacted customer service and was told it was against their terms of service to reverse the charge That s unfortunate because I like their service but I just happened to pick up a different subscription very cheap this last year I would have eventually been back to torguard but now on principal I will never give them another penny after many years of using their service

Awful service First off Torguard provides really crappy service it s always lagging disconnects constantly and takes 5 minutes to log onto a server It s not worth the subscription price What s more their customer service is awful When I tried to cancel my subscription they refused to cancel The company is probably bleeding customers which explains their horrible customer service and refusal to refund customers for their lousy product Avoid this company like the plague

TorGuard is there to protect our privacy while sharing files in the form of torrents it s literally their name How good is a guard when it just stops working When you return to your computer after an extended period of time and you see the message invalid password on your TorGuard I clicked connect and it connected no problem During that extended period of time I had multiple torrents running Now guess who has my IP Why Because TorGuard decided to just disconnect Lucky I m in Canada and the worst outcome is my internet provider refuses me service This would still be fatal as I own a business in a rural community with only one option for the internet other than Starlink But if this happened in the USA I would literally be excreting cement blocks knowing that now my IP address had been captured Why Because TorGuard glitched

Tor guard is not as private as it once was I am identified as M247 now and your VPN is highly detectable There is a lag My upload and download rates drop significantly and the VPN always drops while in us and cause my internet signal to disconnect Additionally there are always problems with my firewall interfering with the VPN signal or the internet connection when the TORGuard is active

Disappointed because online reviews were good I was never able to connect to their VPNs I sent several support tickets to troubleshoot zero resolution Oddly one person from their Support Ticket team told me to disable my built-in Firewall for MacOS what

TorGuard does ban users for sharing a 32 connection account with your parents and it s against their ToS Do not USE they will find an excuse to ban you SCAM ALERTI m very dissatisfied and will pursue legal action

Cause countless Crashes and blue screen error s leading my ALOT of lost work from corrupted or lost files First year is worked well then an update came that just straight f cks me over after it connects and crashes my computer Blue screen of death restarts my PC without even a chance to save or recover what I was doing

Awful connectivity When accessing websites it hangs often If go to Torguard it says detecting Connection is not verified Even after making verified connection when I come back seconds layer it says detecting again and not connected So if not connected then no VPN And I m paying for this service Nope Not anymore I canceled and found a VPN that is more reliable

I ordered a Anonymous VPN Pro 12 connections dedicated IP It became evident very short after that the configs you generate after going thru several captchas become invalid after a short period of time - the servers simply stop working within 5-10minutes of use no matter if you only make 1 connection to said servers it STILL stops working The 5-10min intervals almost seems scripted its like its built on purpose to throw people off the network On top of that the speeds are abysmal its 80Mbps down 8MBpsWriting torguard and requesting a full refund they instantly became defensive - they completely ignored the fact that all their dynamic IP locations were constantly shutting down they just pointed to their claim that the dedicated IP works at their end I tested the dedicated IP it was exactly as bad as the others but it did not throw you off that day but I bet that day will come as well Well who cares if 1 of what I paid for works less than minimum viable product I have zero confidence in this product and companyDo not trust this company under any circumstance ignore any youtube reviews any false reddit astroturfing - the truth is that they are overselling and underdelivering Seriously you should be paid to use a VPN as bad as this Its funny that they use captchas behind their website so there s absolute longest way to get a working connection again I m sure many have been speculating into automating this if they are stuck with Torguard because simply put the connections don t last its constant disconnect Yes I run other wireguard tunnels on my boxes with near identical configuration to torguard they are always rock stable and never disconnect MTR also shows 0 loss and never high ping its obvious the service is the problem I ended up doing chargeback thru the bank because it is obvious torguard keep changing topics to deter you from getting a refund Not the first or last VPN scam but this one is pretty clearly only surviving on fake reviews fake praise and astroturfing around the internet Honestly I m at a loss at which VPN I will choose next I thought I had investigated this pretty well but then again all VPN services are astroturfing to mislead all customers onto their terrible non-existant service

I subscribed to TorGuard as my wife is traveling to China and she needs to access her google mail I had reviewed your product description and reviews from other users that it would work in China unfortunately that s not the case It shows that it s connected to your vpn server but it does not connect to the internet We had tried to connect to many servers none of them work
