I bought the wrong size

I bought the wrong size Unfortunately the size I wanted was not available So I returned the slippers fast response from totes and speedy refund

Disappointing

Not as comfortable as the previous slippers I got from you - exactly the same make and type but slightly higher heel so I ve been slipping forward leaving about an inch of slipper at the back and my toes protruding at the front A bit disappointing

Definitely gone down in quality

Definitely gone down in quality I bought some totes slipper socks a few years ago and they are lovely and still going strong but these recent ones are so much worse After only a couple of wears the threads have started coming out and they just aren t as nice

Disappointed

I bought a pair of Popcorn slippers a month ago and must admit I am disappointed with them I was so pleased to receive them as I had purchased them before and had been really impressed with their quality This time though within two weeks max they had stretched around the foot so are now a sloppy fit and I am very careful to grip them when walking up downstairs

Visually they were lovely

Visually they were lovely but my mothers foot kept sliding off the memory foam making it difficult to walk

Ballerina popcorn slippers seemed less roomy in the toe area

I bought two pairs of Ballerina popcorn slippers but they seemed less room in the toe area so had to returned them Their quality control did look at my slippers and thought they were made within the tolerance margin acceptable They definitely seemed tighter then the nearly new ones I found from 2021 2 I have not put weight on so don t know why the feel uncomfortably tight It a real pity as I like them so much

Squeaky on non-carpets

My daughter bought a size 3 4 ballet slippers as I am a size 3 5 They were too small and we returned and bought the next size up The delivery and return were good But I thought I should mention that the slippers squeak on non-carpet surfaces Otherwise I would say 4-stars The squeak may well disappear over time

Odd sized and mismatched wellies

I ve bought some of the wellies from tescos tag said size 6 and I tried one on in store All fine got home and tried both on but something was off One looked much larger than the other so checked the bottom of both still attached to each other and the larger one says size 5 smaller one says size 6 I must have only checked one in store so now taking them back because they look really odd

Nice slippers but BAD sizing

I ordered a pair of size 6 ladies moccasin slippers which were real suede and well priced They arrived promptly I was very disappointed that they were so small more like a size 5 I measured the sole against my current size 6 moccasin slippers a different brand and there was a difference of 1 5 inches which is a lot So I then ordered the size 7 which is the biggest size they offer in ladies and they were also very small So both pairs had to be returned I have several Isotoner mule-style slippers in size 6 which fit well so I called their customer service team and the man I spoke with was very pleasant and said he would pass my comments on to their product development team

Bit disappointed

Terry ballet slippers fit nicely are comfortable but they do wear out quickly I tried the Popcorn ballet slippers to see if they would be more hard-wearing - but beware they are very shallow and I couldn t wear them Wasted my money They should have consumer reviews for each product to help guide I did try to do an exchange of the unworn Popcorn slippers but I was too late A shame as I hoped the company might be flexible given how very many slippers I have bought from them Disappointed
