You cancelled my order a day later due to no stock but still took payment Then told me I need to contact you for a refund by phone or email I was in New York for a few days on holiday so by the time I could email I received a response stating the refund had already been processed the refund then took until the 20th Dec to process which was 8 days after the order was cancelled The order was not facilitated and clear miscommunication in the email You also shouldn t expect people to call or email you to get their money back when you can t fulfill the order

By not selling rubbishy clothes jumper was awlful shoddy material must have been for a much larger women as I ordered size 16 thats what it sad on the back label but way off the mark with your tape measure would not order from you again you got to get your buyers in gear and far too much money for lousy clothes XXXG Kyte

Staff are lovely to deal with Poor product let them down and have put me off buying any totes again Such a shame I am still waiting for my refund Which they knew was happening even before I returned the boot slippers Efficient pleasant good customer care staff and the processing off my orders was quick and very professional but poor product quality has left a bad thought in my mind off buying any further Tote products

Really upset with my two recent purchases Unfortunately the flip flops that I ve worn daily for two summers have been unable to be replaced due to big new pairs arriving faulty The first pair straps that were too big actually raised a centimetre above my foot and so my foot slipped off the shoe the second pair was similar but additionally had been left with raw edges and looked older than my original pair The shoes were that bad that I actually rang up and asked if the company was legitimate I asked if they were seconds that had been sent out The original ones were purchased from John Lewis this time I brought directly from totes Totes assured me that they were the suppliers to John Lewis and the flip flops Design had not changed since my original purchase side by side though the flip flops are not the same compromising the comfort and quality of the shoe Unfortunately the soul bounce sandles are a shadow of their former quality and after two attempts to replace my original ones I ve had to return them both and accept that I need to shop elsewhere

I bought some totes SOLBOUNCE Ladies Toe Post flip flops on 28 02 23 on next day delivery which was 6 99 Between DHL the collection Point they lost them Despite numerous emails with customer service at ISOTONER I ve not received an update or my money back it s now 21 03 23 These flip flops are actually great I already have some in another colour but CS is poor

I have been using your brands for twenty years it s the first time I ordered the ankle cream woolSlippers I have worn them over the Christmas period and they have lost shape stretched and flopped at the sides unsafe to wear incase I trip the other pair are fantastic delighted with them

The Royal Mail company you use didn t deliver my item after repeatedly attempting and I told them to leave it at the door or with the neighbour and they said they can t access the building but YES you can So now my order has been refunded Not the outcome I was after

My parcel was delivered to the wrong house contacted Totes and spoke with Josh who couldn t have been more pleasant or helpful promised to investigate and either refund me or send a substitute I was happy with this however I never heard another word from Josh or the company

I placed my order on 7th November Two weeks later 21st I have seen neither head nor hide of it The tracking number provided by customer services is useless since there is no tracking information available Their explanation is that sometimes no tracking information is available

I ordered a pair of slippers but on arrival long wait one is faulty- it s a strange shape It seems difficult to get a replacement sent out quickly - having to wait for the faulty pair to arrive back with Totes before they send replacement doesn t seem fair to me Not great customer care
