Great socks

Great socks disappointing website experience Don t assume because it says in stock that you will receive the item you ordered I ordered two different styles of cat socks and received a call a day or two later saying one style was out of stock

Cody slippers

The slippers arrived late due to the postal strike I felt when the company knew there was a problem with Royal Mail they could have used a courier service Also the packaging was ripped and torn On a brighter note the slippers are warm and lovely

I m really pleased with my red short

I m really pleased with my red short wellies Didn t give a five star review because the sizes are a bit weird I tried pairs on in Tesco where a size 7 was definitely bigger than a size 8 and both sizes were marked on the boot itself In the end I bought direct from the company and it was free for me to send size 8 back and get size 7 and now they fit really well and are comfortable so I m happy

Great style of slip on short

Great style of slip on short wellington my only issue is they aren t lined which is super annoying constantly loosing socks off my feet while gardening walking the dogs I d have loved these in a bright yellow or blue I note the children s line has these colours but the adults aren t as playful which is a shame But love the style I would by again if I could find same style but lined and brighter colours

Speedy delivery order correct

Speedy delivery Ordered item for daughter s birthday She has an identical pair now worn out so to replace those Gave 4 stars not 5 as when I phoned up customer service they were unable to extend the return time by a few days Her birthday is on 12th August and item needs to be returned by 10th August if does not fit ok She could not try on now as feet swollen with pregnancy as expecting baby within next couple weeks She asked for a size 6 as pair she has now are a 6 but usually she is a 7 in shoes and I m worried they might be too small

The clogs were fine and will be useful However can I comment on your use of Evri as deliverer They had your parcel at their depot on November 28th on Dec 2nd it was out for delivery Then each day I had emails saying it was to be delivered that day with the delivery time specified Each time it was not delivered In the end delivered today Sunday 11th December by a substitute courier as the one who was supposed to deliver had disappeared This is not the first time that I have received bad service from Evri Might you think of using a reliable carrier

Great service

Great service after an out-of-stock item delayed delivery I called up after receiving the notification email and it was all sorted over the phone right away No messing about the guy on the phone was very polite and helpful Substituted the item and delivery was made 2 days later I can t say fairer than that

Structured isotoner slippers

I ordered a slightly different style of slippers to my usual - not the colour of choice but in the sale so quite happy I have had them for a month now and they are very comfy look nice are wearing well so far and hopefully will last for longer than the more stretchy slippers I usually buy

Easy to use website with a good array of offers prices and styles Delivery was quite slow but that s to be expected currently and both items were well packaged in pristine condition Can t give five stars as the quality of one of the pairs of slippers purchased isn t as good as hoped however
