Premium error swiftly resolved by good phone adviser

The person I dealt with over the phone was very helpful and efficient in sorting out a renewal query about the premium but my query should never have arisen The company had omitted to apply the NCB discount for consecutive years However they not only responded quickly in resolving this matter but also decisively in putting it right and recompensing me

Once you re thro it s grand

Call handler Poppy was very helpful and knowledgeable Bit of a wait -approx 10 minutes - to be connected wasn t so good There wasn t the opportunity to leave a contact number to be called back which would have helped

It took a month to receive a refund

It took a month to receive a refund from a cancelled policy which I was not impressed with However my hope is that I was just unlucky as the customer advisors were wonderful I spoke to quite a few and they were all lovely and did their very best for me It was miserable having to constantly chase but the advisors were willing to help If I was rating the customer advisors alone they d get the full 5 stars

Just renewed my landlords insurance

Just renewed my landlords insurance had a few questions to ask especially as the price had gone up quit a bit from last year Having compared them against most of the major comparison sites they came out cheaper

Competitive prices High renewal charde

I have been using this insurance company for several years Their charges seem to be competitive Renewal is set up to be automatic There is time to cancel if you have found a better deal The one point that really annoyed me was the renewal charge for me it was about 25 of the whole fee I did phone and ask why it was necessary to charge this renewal I did not get a reply and because of other commitments I did not have time to follow it up

Insurance companies are not easy to deal with because it is a business who needs to make money first This time we even had a friendly conversation Human to human it seems Quite refreshing in some ways When a company speaks to you as a wallet it is hard to remain happy Is this not TRUE What do you think

Very Helpful knowledgeable staff pleased with the customer service

Very pleased with the customer service as gentleman on the phone helpful courteous and knowledgeable Not such a great experience on trying to create a new password to access an account I d already made despite following all commands on how to do this

Get rid of the gimmicks

Online would not except make of boat jeanneau had to phone Quote did not match quote from another company but beat the other quote if you except the 40 amazon voucher Why Bring the price of your product down After receiving three quotes and comparing all three towergate came on top Although not the cheapest they weren t dearest Four stars because I was unable to complete on line
