Good Afternoon Mrs Feenan I write with regard to a recent negative Trustpilot review Firstly I am really very sorry that you have had a negative experience with us and especially that you found our handler rude I have taken a look through your file and I can see that there was a lot of back and forth regarding the proof of sale document Whilst we must ensure we have specific documentation that the insurer will accept I do appreciate that the emails could have been articulated better and more efficiently Please disregard our request for 9 36 and accept my sincere apologies Thank you I sold my rental property exchanged completed in the sale on 20th January 2023 So cancelled my landlord insurance notified Towergate sent them evidence that my Solicitor had provided me to confirm They said that this documents was not enough evidence This was all I had an official document They are now stating I still owe them money I have found the handler very rude

Overall a good company and if you phone they are quite prompt in answering and you don t get stuck in the everlasting line the staff I spoke to were good at there job and resolved my quire quickly

Easy to apply for my business insurance They answered the phone which other companies did not and Joe was particularly helpful and supportive Good price for the cover I needed

The home insurance quote was too high but extremely friendly professional advisor made the 45min call more bareable I had to call as the link in my Halifax account didn t work to do the quote online
