I had my tires changed over this morning and could not have been more pleased with the service I received there Keegan was well mannered professional and had a good sense of humor I really appreciate that in anybody I deal with these days Smiles are pretty rare and that s one of the reasons I appreciated him The service there was as usual the best I m so glad I found Town Fair Tire when I came here

Outstanding customer service

I brought my car in for 4 new tires after running over a piece of metal and I cannot say enough great things about Noah He was super friendly and knowledgeable He answered all of my questions and got me set up with my new tires In a stroke of bad luck I needed to replace one just one week later Again Noah was incredibly helpful - he even remembered me from the week before He made a bummer of a situation so much better with his outstanding customer service I can t recommend Noah enough Thank you

Amazing Staff

I came in with a completely blown tire Juggling two toddlers and a dog I was pretty frazzled All of the employees were super friendly patient and helpful and got me in and out as quickly as possible They helped put my spare tire on free of charge I would definitely recommend this location

Claremont NH location is where to go for service

I first gave a 1 star review because after getting 4 new tires I almost lost a wheel all lug nuts were loose and had a broken wheel stud on the rear driver side It also ruined my rim When I called customer service s 800 number they were no help at all After writing the review Shane Howard and his crew at the Claremont NH location contacted me immediately and assured me they would take care of everything And they did They replaced my rim and checked to make sure everything was ok I really appreciate how they stepped up to made things right That s how customer service should be I will be going back again to that location The customer service out of East Haven Conn could learn a lot from the Claremont NH crew

I was very pleased with the service at the Town Fair Tire store in Old Saybrook store when I had the front end of my car aligned It was completed promptly Both Josh the assistant manager and Derrick the tech were professional and helpful

I was there to get 4 tires for my 4Runner Austin and his co-worker didn t catch name were so helpful They went over all my options for tires and they were very informative as to each tires performance Austin also gave me the price match from a local retailer Installation and alignment was done in a timely manner All service was courteous and friendly Great place this is my second time there and I will return
