As I ve reported before the customer service is great Not only did my shipment go out the very next day but I made two separate purchases probably 10 hours apart and they had the wherewithal to put them both in the same shipment In a company companies that don t pay as much attention to detail would probably have sent out multiple orders I ordered three more scopes based on personal email Communications between John and I approximately 6 months back At no point did I ever feel pressure and he just made his recommendations based on my needs So I ended up ordering three of those scopes Well happy to give a review on those when I get them in and put them to some use

Excellent Customer Service and Extensive Knowledge

Late at night I clicked on the chat to ask a question and expected a robot to answer but it was one of the Jons The response was immediate and concise so I ordered my 4 5-30x56 w rings a few minutes later The order then shipped early the next morning This is how it should be done Just easy with no fuss

Absolutely the best optic in my safe

Absolutely the best optic in my safe and I have a few Quality of the build is exceptional with incredibly clear glass with no edge distortion Been actively showing it to my shooting buddies to get their opinion Always the same clarity ranks up there with every other high end scope Amount of vertical adjustment also impresses them The claim is 47 mil but like the video hints there s more One more piece of praise for these folks is their level of customer service I ve never dealt with better Responses to queries is measured in minutes or hours at most Not days Texts outside working hours or on weekends are answered promptly They ve gone out of their way to make sure I m happy Amazing

It s not often that a CEO of a company picks up the phone but at Tract Optics it happens quite often The customer service is always outstanding and your item ships out promptly The scope quality is crystal clear and reasonably priced I highly recommend this company for all of your shooting needs Plus the military discount saves you even more Thank You Jon

Fantastic service

Fantastic service Ordered Friday and received my scope on Monday The scope was packaged very well and exceeded all expectations I haven t mounted the scope yet but looking through it and comparing it to my other scopes the glass and clarity of the Tract Toric blow them away my others are in the same price range So far I am extremely happy with my purchase and can see myself being a repeat customer
