Ordered a dwarf 2 telescope on 1 8 24 arrived 11am following day bought many items from rother valley without a single issue and I know I can ring for advice unlike a lot of other traders there feedback speaks for itself

Nice folks to deal with Give good sensible advice They do not use pressure tactics to make you buy something and went the extra mile to get the instrument to me faster than expected

Simple ordering online process and well described options offering great value The following day one of the staff phoned to explain that one of the options was out of stock but an alternative was available if I was happy with that I accepted the alternative and 24 hours later the telescope and accessories arrived as promised Excellent service and I ll definitely use Rother Valley Optics again

All products are 100 great website for all you need Just one hitch though the postage for small items is far to expensive if postage was cheaper I believe you would get more customers orders Thank you

Telescope bought on behalf of my mum who is giving to my son for his birthday the service I received from Rother Valley was great from the phone call to receiving the telescope Will use again

New telescope

Ordered new telescope on the 6th March delivered to shop on the 7th collected from shop on the 8th March Excellent Staff were friendly and helpful the shop is well fitted out with plenty of stock for customers to browse Had a bit of trouble finding the shop but that was due to Sat Nav Google maps soon sorted that out

I ordered items online unfortunately they were out of stock The company emailed me the information quickly and informed me promptly when it was back in stock They were very helpful in rearranging delivery to suit me and it arrived safely and on time

Quick to respond and happy to replace damaged equipment

On Friday April 7th my solar filter cracked whilst in facing the Sun Initially I rang to speak with someone about this but no one was available - this is likely due to the fact that it was Good Friday and late afternoon I later left an email explaining the issue and asking if anything could be done about it The next day I received a response apologising and asking for a photo of the damaged solar filter - to which I was happy to provide Later after enquiring about an update I was informed that the manufacturer of the solar filter was going to replace the broken one Within the same day Rother Valley Optics sent out the replacement Solar filter which arrived a couple of days later I couldn t be more happy with this outcome I have purchased from Rother Valley Optics before and will most certainly purchase from them again Thank you so much

excellent customer service and price

As a novice when buying telescope my go to site was a well known camara seller however after a quick online search Rother Valley Optics came up considerably cheaper which did make me a little skeptical A quick reply from the team regarding stock availability soon put that to one side the subsequent customer service and prompt dispatch and delivery was impressive and I can not recommend Rother Optic enought
