Excellent Product Customer Service
They were very helpful in the process of making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted They were also thorough in making sure what I ordered was exactly what I was looking for I initially ordered GEN 2 NVGs by mistake they reached out to me asking if I was sure I didn t want the GEN 3 version This saved me a ton of headache and I will be forever grateful that Ordering expensive equipment online from a company you haven t dealt with before always inspires some fear that you aren t going to get what you are expecting Night Vision Guys quickly proved to me that they are a legitimate company and they know what they are doing I love my GEN 3 NVGs I would highly recommend Night Vision Guys to anyone looking for NVGs They have also been quick to reply in response to any questions that I have about my NVGs and how they work No company is perfect but they gave me no reason to doubt them or complain

I recieved the wrong Red dot sight due
I recieved the wrong Red dot sight due to the model numbers almost identical It was handled very fast and professional They have one coming next day air and were good enough to trust me sending the other back Now that is service Also they were good enought also to upgrade my first prurchase with this item to next day air no cost to me

I am so glad I purchased my scope from NVG I was skeptical because of the special add on you advertised The hand held thermal was a great add for only 100 They advertised they would deliver on a certain date and they did They also kept me informed of the delivery Both were great products Love them

Quality products and service
I have ordered multiple Pulsar optics from Night Vision Guys each time has been easy and customer service has been great I recently inquired about another Pulsar optic that is on backorder with all distributors and NVG says they will have it in much quicker time than the other guys so I am placing another order right now with them

Can t get any better than NVG
NVG is on point Truly fastest responds is through email but once you are able to communicate with sales ordering and having questions answered is so easy NVG is by far the fastest place I have ever ordered from and delivered super super fast Yes things might be pricey but no more expensive then the next company But the amount of items you get in what you pay for is without a doubt well worth it Will order from them again
