When I booked my flight ticket I was asked to pay an additional Rs 500 as the fare had increased The increased fare didn t reflect on your website until after I was done with my payment

Paid extra for a standard ticket

I booked Air India Ticket on Traveasy India with the option of Comfort Plus with an additional payment of INR500 for 25kg baggage allowance But in the end the standard ticket was booked for 20kg allowance I lost INR500 unnecessarily

Worst service after booking they will not entertain you airline was ready to refund but thay have declined and ask for 1000 rupees and since airlines is not charging I denied to pay then thay didn t support and I have lost my money pathetic

I have booked an emergency ticket on 09 03 23 at 3 45 AM for my flight at about 6 45 AM After payment done successfully and completing the booking I received an error message As I have not received proper ticket to clear any doubt I called on the customer care no After a talk which takes about 10 minutes the customer care executive told that he is sending the proper ticket in 10 minutes Due to all this delay I became late in reaching airport Due to which I could not catch flight and I lost my entire ticket price I could not reach my home at desired time as I have to reach my home which was very urgent as my mother demise at home

Worst website don t book anyone through

Worst website don t book anyone through this website I have booked a flight from Mumbai to Bangalore money also deducted and confirmation mail also I have received but later they were telling flight is not booked and they will refund the money after 2 to 3 working days We need to wait for our money because of their fault It s a monopoly I suggest all of my friends don t book through this website Even customer care directly disconnecting the call if I called for a solution

Wrong flight fraud website

They have booked wrong flight for me i had booked AIR india AI607 for 9th sep 2023 instead of that they booked AI641 No ticket was issued at the time of booking only the payment confirmation was received Upon enquiring for ticket they gave me the ticket of the wrong flight

Tried booking a flight Ended up booking a flight with a stopover with connection the next day The option didn t highlight the connection or the delayed layover Missed an important event Never using this site again

Flight departure terminal not inform in advance

Air Asia or Air India did not inform the Flight departure terminal in advance After standing for 15 min Terminal 1 Entrance Security Queue we came to know that our flight would depart from Terminal 2 instead of 1 Again we have to travel by Bus to get inside Entry Terminal 2 for check-in and Security

They made me fool they gave 2 tickets wrong via germany from delhi to germany i told them i think there i did need a visa of germany for traveling but they said not just sold nd i lost my amount They are totally unprofessional
