I just bought a ticket to Kathmandu

I just bought a ticket to Kathmandu from Delhi on Nepal Airlines 1 I was unable to pay with creditcard 2 PNR isn t showing on the ticket

Just an invoice was shared on the mail it would be great if we can receive the itinerary and ticket with pnr also over the mail

I booked ticket for myself and my child

I booked ticket for myself and my child who is 2 years and 9 month and updated the date of birth atbthe time of booking and selected child food but when called airindia for web check in I was told date of birth is not mentioned by third party and so they cannot offer child meal but only adult veg food This is where I am dissatisfied and more over the choice of selection of seat was not available or given as option at the time of booking Further more there was no clearlity in terms of baggage and in ticket it was visible as NA check with customer care

Your telecaller department was rudely

Your telecaller department was rudely talking to me And not receiving my call whenever I most require that time And aslo not replyed on WhatsApp call and messageHe she gave me assurance of call back but not replying on my Massage and not picking up the call So this is not acceptable

I did not receive any confirmation

I did not receive any confirmation email I booked tickets for Sept last week in August first week I had to track down the payment date via credit card statement and I could find one payment confirmation mail from Razorpay and post that I could find the Name of the website I booked from And here I am not able to find the PNR

Flight get canceled and not given exact reason why it got canceled just simply saying due to covid Given alternative option and which is not at all fair Because I am traveling from hyd India to London In gven alternative option connecting flight gap given 2 days in Mumbai Don t even thought for one minute before giving me such option Where would I stay in Mumbai for 2 days Anyone in the world would accept such a long journey 3 days for just 10 hrs hyd to London of journey

The booking experience was good

The website looks a little too congested The company can look at removing some unnecessary data there Also I would have liked had the booking also triggered an email from the airline with the tickets I am yet to receive my ticket as a pdf

The booking experience was good but I never got the itinerary just got a payment successful and travel document Even when I tried getting the itinerary from the Indigo website and emailed the itinerary it went to the traveasy mail id as the default id in the booking is that Finally I edited the mail id to mine and sent the mail from Indigo website to get the itinerary

Please provide some additional benefits in terms of refund and cancellation as these are very uncertain times for everyone And people like us students going abroad for studies are suffering very much due to your expensive refund and cancellation policies Please be a little more flexible in times like these and don t take advantage of the situation we all are in
