The hotels are not 4 stars as advertised by your company About 3 star or less Old hotels needs good clean Showers and drains blocked No tea or coffee making facilities Basic hotels Need to seriously improve on that point Food provided in the hotels very basic Quality not up to the standard Need looking into Our guide was very good and gave us good support and cared for us

I have to agree with my fellow travellers about the standard of hotels on this trip We were given the cheapest rooms in Toronto Banff and Victoria Looking at brick walls in two of them It was very disappointing as we were there for 3 nights in Banff and Toronto The best hotel was in Whistler on our last night We have had no response to our feedback from Travelsphere I also think the itinerary at the start of the tour could be improved

Great itinerary and we met some lovely people Our tour guide was very good at her job too Most trips were fabulous and included some great meals We did not enjoy the Argentine Tango show in Buenos Aires however as a the food was bland b the show was more about the history of Argentine Tango We would have preferred a more authentic Argentine Tango show in a club Most of our hotels were great apart from one in Buenos Aires where we stayed the longest it was appalling dirty and rundown with no swimming pool although this was advertised in the brochure We would have appreciated more information in the brochure regarding heights on all the excursions one of our party of two has a very advanced fear of heights and this affected her overall holiday experience

We had been on Balkan Adventure tour with Travelsphere in August 2022 covering 6 countries of old Yogoslavia in14 days We experienced interesting sights culture and food of various countries But this was very hectic not particularly suitable for elderly people which were majority in the group All sight seeing were walking tours of 1--2 5 hours each This should have been clearly stated in the brochure No suitable alternatives were suggested for those with difficulty in walking

I agree with my fellow travellers complaint I have submitted a feedback about the tour and have had no reply from Travelsphere Looking at all the reviews sent they only respond to the positive ones They keep sending emails about future holidays but theyhaven t addressed the problems with this holiday Until they do I will not be booking with them again

Holiday to Italy for Pompeii and Capri Hotel dinners poor Very knowledgeable tour director On 29th Sept day trip to Capri On return ferry gangplank wobbly so I held on to guard rails for support The guardrails were not fixed and I fell sustaining a deep laceration to my lower leg Ambulance called and taken to local hospital with my wife Tour director saw me into ambulance and then we were on our own By the time we got out of hospital it was dark Both in our late 70 s and not speaking Italian it was frightening We had to make our way to the port by bus book ferry tickets and wait an hour on the quay Once back in Napoli we then had to pay E130 for taxi back to hotel It appears that the customer service is non existent as after 7 weeks I still haven t had a call to see how I am My wound has still not healed and I m getting flashbacks to the accident If I had been 2ft further on the gangplank I would have fallen in the water Come on Travelsphere give me a call or are you not interested now you have our money

I sustained a nasty injury whilst on the Isle of Capri This necessitated an ambulance to the cottage hospital I would have thought Travelsphere would have had the decency to phone me to enquire about my health on my return It is now seven weeks since my accident and I am still under treatment for a severely lacerated leg Today I had a letter from the company saying I hope you ve enjoyed seeing the world Up until my accident on the ferry I had Come on where is the customer care

Pompeii Paestum Herculaneum May 2924Itinerary very well organised our tour guide was very informative and was very organised Hotel Aequa very dated dirty in places and set meals with travelsphere group very little choice felt like cheap meals basically your menu was decided for you each evening On the plus side breakfast was a buffet style and an acceptable variety of good food

The holiday was let down by the food in the hotel which was so bad that quite a few members of the tour including my party started to eat out The holiday was otherwise fine

Excellent tour itinerary and tour guide well recommended One dodgy Bulgatian coach driver with no English no Italian and a car Tomtom for sat nav getting us list and late But forgivable Hotel very tired and food provided was appalling Possible to eat elsewhere at a cost due to location in town though That made an excellent tour drop down a star rating
