Ever since I opened my Triodos Personal

When I used to bank with a High Street Bank I felt guilty about my money being used to fund fossil fuel extraction the arms industry apartheid in South Africa and Israel etc Now with Triodos I feel relaxed about them using my money to support ethical sustainable projects I have never had a problem banking with Triodos in the last 5 years - the Customer Support team is always on hand and willing to spend time to sort out any minor issues I may have The app works very well across all three of my devices and money transfer is very easy indeed

Great bank but missing Apple Pay support

Ever since I opened my Triodos Personal Account I have found the bank to be helpful and supportive when I have contacted them For most of my adult life I have used an HSBC account but I am pleased to say that I now no longer use it Thankyou Triodos

Triodos are always super helpful

Great bank with amazing morals and sustainable investment choices The app could be modernised a bit with new features to keep up with Monzo and Starling The monthly fee for a debit account could be lower or better explained where the money is going My only issue is the lack of Apple Pay which I did not know before opening and is a major downside The FAQ page on this topic has NOT been updated so we are still blind on when this is coming For now this prevents me from using it daily

I can t fault the customer service

Triodos are always super helpful I first joined Triodos as I wanted my money in truly sustainable and most importantly ethical hands I have been delighted with customer service no endlessly long waits on the phone always straight in and talking to a human what s more a really nice human Actually a real joy in today s world The app is good and I can manage my day to day banking on that easily And for savings unlike other banks Triodos have applied new interest rates immediately If you are concerned about how your money is used and want proper customer service I could not recommend them highly enough A breath of fresh air

Your money is in a good place

I can t fault the customer service Firstly I get to speak to a person and I mean without waiting more than 5 minutes to get through Secondly they were as helpful as possible in resolving my issue which is now sorted I also like the app functionality and loggin into the online banking is easy via the app and a QR code so no messing about with passwords Highly recommended

Personalised Customer Service

Very important that my money is invested only for good ethical environmental businesses and causes not supporting the fossil-fuel based status quo You are able to get higher interest rates elsewhere but that is at the cost of where your money is invested i e supporting high profit but harmful business practices Banking through the app and online is easy once used to the interface no complaints Customer service has always been very good whenever I have had questions

Excellent customer service and investment transparency

I always receive good and prompt service that always gives me the information I need to proceed with what I need to do I always feel like my opinions are taken onboard and may even go back to the drawing board to be considered It s a unique bank that I think recognises it deals with individually unique people with different needs

I ve been with Triodos for over 4 years now and it s been a very positive experience I mainly switched over because I didn t want my investments going towards environmentally damaging companies so I ve appreciated Triodos transparency regarding where my Stocks and Shares account is invested Anytime I ve reached out to customer support I ve always been very satisfied with the service I receive They ve quickly resolved issues or answered my questions
