Although the quality was good you have no pre drilled holes to make it up you basically have to measure and drill every hole so basically you get the pre cut wood and therefore think it s quite expensive

There was a problem with receiving the package as delivery was wrongly attempted at our office address which is not always manned instead of the alternative delivery address provided I was not informed of any problem with delivering to the alternative address or that the address had been changed I checked for any tracking information when the package had not arrived as expected but no information was provided either on the website or by email Additionally the small items were packed in a box far larger than necessary whereas an envelope would have sufficed and could therefore easily have been posted through the letterbox

Terrible online ordering system
I placed an order online the money was taken but no order arrived I called them and had a long conversation about what I should do next As there was no record of my order I was told to place the order again and email evidence of my payment which I did After 3 further emails about my payment I assume they found it as the emails stopped arriving Then my order arrived then a few days later a duplicate order arrived I now have been charged twice and left with a duplicate order that I have been independentley advised to not return as the return charge is very costly So no I have not been impressed with my first experience with this company Update - I received a phone call and an email very quickly in response to my review and was offered a full refund on the duplicate order that has appeared in my account Thank you A satisfactory outcome

Poor experience so far
Order placed over two weeks ago Have chased up on the phone twice both times being today order will go out that day but still nothing Probably should have read these reviews before dealing with this company But can certainly confirm how poor this company is and that the poor experience others are having Is not a one off Update Was contacted by a manger who apologised for the poor service and offered a partial refund as compensation That was certainly appreciated but let s hope that going forward changes are made to improve the customer experience

We d ordered 12 clear deep Gratnells boxes The boxes were packed without padding so several of them had broken edges as they d been roughed about by the couriers The damage is not too bad but a small amount of wrap would have been 5-stars We ll accept them on the basis we really couldn t bother sending them back for what they needed to do The Gratnells deep trays and lids themselves still function but the overall score is let-down by the lack of protection for the content

It is a brilliant piece of craftmanship and I love how smooth it is It is sturdy and does not fall over Unfortunately it was sold as a slope that children would love to send cars down which is why I bought it The length of the slope overlap from one level to the next is too short to allow cars to work they simply turn upside down when they drop Also the collection tray is so level that the balls clog up the final drop These two points of criticism are a great disappointment considering the price - especially as the advert suggests using cars on the slopes

Nice resources but long wait times for deluvery
Good range of resources at reasonable prices but long waits of 6 weeks or more for some items including staples like white card and paint - possibly due to supply chain difficulties Hence unfortunately 3 stars

sequin board
bought a sequin board that was faulty and broke after a few weeks contacting customer service was difficult at first but after a while i have been told a replacement has been sent out will update review once replacement is recieved

I ve waited a long time for a few items
I ve waited a long time for a few items now and had no correspondence Also I have had a mix up because I was waiting on 2 collections in a busy run day Nursey when the DHL driver came to collect he took the wrong parcel back Unfortunately this was human error on are part however I ve emailed to ask when someone would be collecting the parcel and they ve told me about the mix up Which I m not sure why they didn t tell me right away instead of me tracking them down if that makes sense TTS basically said you ve returned the wrong parcel to are suppliers so that s that obviously I need this sorting out and I bought the item off TTS not their supplier so was quite shocked with what they expect me to do I still need to return the paint rack Thanks

Pom-poms disappointing
The rain stick and the light up star were good but the pom-poms are not as hard wearing as I was expecting and the plastic pieces pull out easily with young exploring hands
