Nightmare to organise a return

Nightmare to organise a return tried emailing and calling was cut off twice before getting through to anyone email reply says someone will contact me in 48 hours Why can t I arrange a return on my account like any other business

Sadly we were disappointed with the Delivery service

Sadly we were disappointed with the delivery service as the units which were expensive were damaged by the delivery driver as he tipped and rolled the items into the premises Ten days later we are still waiting collection of the damaged units and delivery of the new We have always been very happy with the service from TTS however on this occasion we are extremely disappointed

faulty item

order ref TT5423700 had an issue with a faulty item taken weeks and still not sorted Poor customer services as I have had to do all the chasing numerous times They ask if they can call back I have said not on the same day as it was too near closing time and each time they call back knowing we are not there and send an email rather than making phone contact the following day

no updates for late delivery

it is frustrating that TTS provide no updates if an order is going to be delayed We have to ring up for an update Recently we ordered 2 packs of playground footballs one pack arrived and when we chased for the second lot was told they were delayed by 2 months TTS need a better system

two wellie racks

Poor customer service Ordered two wellie racks on 9th July and they were delivered on 17th July When they were unpacked one of the racks was missing the fixings and was damaged Arrangements made for collection of the faulty rack with redelivery on 1st August but this did not take place Another arrangement made for 13th August and again did not take place Phoned after sales again and agreed they will follow up with the supplier and call back Lets see if that happens

24 batteries needed but not included

We ordered a set of sensory blocks at 159 but were disappointed to find we need to buy 24 batteries to use them as each oneneeds 2 batteries and there is no way to recharge the blocks Not what we expected

Diabolical Company

If I could give negative stars I would Accounts very difficult to deal with despite repeating to them that the error is theirs they refuse to acknowledge it I would advise anyone within an education setting to avoid using them at all costs until they understand the meaning of the word service in the title Customer Service

I ordered two of the same item pop up

I ordered two of the same item pop up storage two weeks ago Only one item was delivered Called customer services promised the second item would be delivered On the phone to Minaski today so hope she pulls this out of the bag and comes up trumps with and gets the item to me which is needed for a charity event 24 12 this company is a joke They sent out a replacement order which I didn t receive and they had the cheek to send an invoice for the replacement

Worst customer care I have ever experienced in over 24 years in the Education sector

Sadly this company have no idea of customer satisfaction When you contact them they fail to carry out the actions they have said they will and direct any replies in a curt manner If you are in an Education setting save yourselves a lot of time and grief and use a company that has customer service as one of it s core values

Disgraceful customer service hassled

Disgraceful customer service hassled to review products even though I hadn t received most of my order and communication by tts has been diabolical Repeat emails no communication between departments so trying to rectify a problem takes ridiculous amount of time and not sent one item as advertised with danger to little fingers blatantly apparent
