We have placed and will continue to place orders with TTS as they are good on price and our policy dictates we find the best value for money However often we place orders for items which on their website claim are in stock and then can take over a month to arrive due to being out of stock When we receive the goods they are often packed in a way which damages the goods For example plastic wrapping being torn pencils gluesticks and other items spilling out of their containers left to freely crash around the cardboard boxes Exercise books often arrive in boxes which have such a pungent smell we wonder if there is a biohazard risk associated with handling the consignment Typically these are the boxes which still have the retired Consortium brand logos on them Furthermore we never receive a delivery note with any deliveries from TTS For this reason I believe the core issues seem to be isolated to TTS warehouses

TTS tends to make some fairly high-quality educational tech Unfortunately my most recent order has taken 26 days to arrive after being predicted in under 5 and I have found the call centre to be profoundly disinterested This company is not able to reliably provide its stated services and has caused a delay for my clients

I ordered and received the goods no problem which was 5 star However I ve attempted to pay the bill on 31 Jan 23 8 Feb and 12 Feb 24 by phone just rang out and email requesting a call back but nobody has responded Not a big sum or issue in general but could credit control contact me please 01244 470134

Ordering was nice and easy To change delivery address impossible Customer Service unhelpfulStill awaiting our order so hope items ordered are good quality as we used fundraising to buy them

Poor customer service when trying to find out where my parcel was and it took 4 phone calls because they didn t return the calls and sent me to the wrong place to collect However the the last guy was amazing and got all the details and called me back within 5 minutes Then when I got to the post office my name and address wasn t even complete on the parcel so the poor man took so long to find it The product packaging inside had split but it was all fine nothing broken

I ordered a lot of different items including 2 giant dices I have received only 1 rather small dice inna big empty box No other items

Try my hardest not to use TTS as the customer service is poor But unfortunately sometimes they are the only Company that provide a certain product Not disappointed with this order either they were true to form I made an error in ordering noticed straight away rang them immediately as per the order instructions did that and told to ring back in 30 mins did that too but too late the order has been processed Now going down the chasing for a refund and collection route

Tried ordering something almost a week ago for a charity had to fill in VAT forms which wee completed and sent in Monday kept getting emails to say we don t have an account I sent a screenshot of a list of emails received from TTS for other items we have bought They still couldn t find our account So phoned today Friday and they found it Now they are going to send the forms we sent in off for approval after having them for 5 days Very poor customer relations I will seriously consider using someone else in the future

Really mixed feelings We ve placed a number of orders recently some delivered some not some invoices matching the amount spent some not some invoices being sent some not Hard to get a response from Customer Services Now moving more to Philip Harris due to their fast efficient service Only using TTS when we can t get what we need elsewhere sadly

This is a review specifically of my experience of ordering delivery and quality of an octagonal potato planter The positive thing first The company is really delivering quickly I have not been ordering for an educational institution so I m not sure what they would expect However as a consumer my experience is a follows I have not been overly happy with the fact that neither Paypal nor Shopify have been among the offered payment methods The product I ordered was advertised as a sturdy potato planter made from plastic with a certain size and volume So far so good it fit our requirements However since ordering no further communication beyond an immediate e-mail asking to review happened We haven t got any tracking information nor any info about a delivery date or carrier If it hadn t been for the usual walk around the property I wouldn t have found the three taped together flat pack boxes the carrier had thrown into our front garden in the dark Alright the delivery is not something one can blame TTS Group for However what was delivered was some kind of flimsy terracotta coloured polypropylene roughly folded with two equally flimsy polystyrene parts comprising bottom plate and top ring all held together with 4 thin and guaranteed to rust metal wires I have to admit I would be astonished to get more than 2 years out of it The price of 40 99 ex VAT for such a flimsy plastic construction is much too high The actual material value would probably around 2 00 per pack Given that none of the plastics are recyclable or made from recycled material I seriously doubt the usefulness of such an item in educational settings unless it is to show the hypocrisy of growing food sustainably while still producing forever plastics for landfill I will keep the three planters I have ordered though to see how it goes
