There really is nice people in this world today

To start with I am not very good with computer work I asked TuneCore to help me get my songs and the artwork on iTunes and other stores and I couldn t believe the help I received Then I wanted to change the artwork on my songs and never had a clue how to do it and they were right there to help Some of these reviews aren t very happy with TuneCore but as you know you can t please everyone There the best in my books Special thanks to Paulo who helped me with my artwork

TuneCore s Customer Service team are always quick to respond to a query I may have or inform me of an issue that needs my attention They are super-helpful and resolve things quickly such was the case this time around A professional service is provided all around and I m pleased that I distribute my music through them

Locked out - Problem solved

First off all I want to commend Andrea Tunecore s Artist Support Specialist for all the time she took to help me I was basically locked out of my account due to the authentication system I purchased a new phone and no longer had the old phone The new phone number was different from the one I had on file so every time I tried to log in the authentication code was sent to my old phone number I tried their troubleshooting advise and did as directed by Authy s page with no luck The problem was that if I couldn t log on I couldn t change my phone number on my account When I was about to give up Andrea disabled the authentication after I sent her a photo ID which allowed me to log in and change the phone number I am back up and running Thank you again for your customer support

Tunecore is a superb company My experience with them so far has been so great One thing that made them so appealing to me is their customer service team Everyone I have interacted with have been so warm and supportive One that stood out most was Claire When I had an issue with my artwork of a song they have already distributed Claire helped me changed it with utmost care Highly recommended
