Well been with Turbobit for over a year

Well been with Turbobit for over a year and now I find downloads are 225kbs now which is to slow as I was getting between 4-8mbs I emailed the help link got cut paste reply twicethey don t read the won t be using them again as a yearly member

Payment failed then failed again

Tried to download a file for free which failed about 17 of the way through Chrome claimed it was a network error I looked into the premium options and tried to pay with a credit card for the smallest bandwidth amount but the payment failed I tried to pay a second time and this also failed I am reluctant to try for a third time even though Turbobit keeps presenting me with an alternative Visa Mastercard option It seems the service they provide is not very stable and this puts me off trying again

Great Service automatically renewing not ok

Awful service I do not recommend I ve payed for a 30 days plan with 600 GB overall limit and with 40 GB maximum daily limit I got banned on my first day after downloading 7 GB only I ve used JDownloader which is a supported download manager referring to their site The reason stated is that I ve exceeded the daily limit and they banned me for 24 hours On my account summary they say that I downloaded 7 GB and 33 GB is remaining of my daily usage so I don t understand anything If they allow you to download 7 GB a day and you got banned for 24 hours my total download credit for 30 days will be about 105 GB which is far from the advertised 600 GB This is unacceptable Why can t I enjoy the service that I payed for You already cause trouble and disappointment to your customers during the first day of using your services UPDATE I ve contacted customer service on 7 7 2020 to report my issue It turned out that there is a 250 files day download limit that is somewhere in the middle of Terms of use which is a quite long read and probably most people won t read it when they pay for a service like this When you choose plan they advertise all the benefits but it would be fair to include the restrictions as well Since I planned to download several smaller files I reached the limit very quickly The customer service was very helpful as they promised to change my file limit number so I was very happy and wanted to change my review rating But I decided to test the service first so I waited my initial ban to expire On 7 8 2020 morning I saw that my account is Active again so I started my download but unfortunately nothing happened as the page reported that my IP is banned I contacted customer service again So far no response from them but later in the evening my downloads started to run I downloaded about 150 small files overall size of 4 5GB and the service stopped again I don t know what type of limit I reached this time because I m below the daily size and file number limit UPDATE it s late night 7 8 2020 and my 2nd IP ban just expired Without downloading a single file my IP got banned for the 3rd time again duration is 24 hours I m speechless UPDATE After several days of usage I still experience random IP bans while not exceeding any limits The customer service says in this cases that they cannot see my IP on the ban list The issue usually resolves after a couple of days which is a bit annoying I increase the stars from 1 to 3 because when the service works it s actually good If they would resolve these random service issues they could easily get 5 stars

Okay-ish

Posted on 03 03 2021I tried to buy access keys from Turbobit and the payment did not go through I got an e-mail asking me to try again or to buy key from the list of their partners So I went and I chose one of the partners and ordered the keys I regret for being naive and payed for 6 months This partner s site happily took the money and as you could guess I never got the key I tried to resolve the situation by contacting Turbobit s official support for a couple of days and I never got any reply Now I m happily using Rapidgator ----------------------------------------------------Posted on 17 03 2021There is a further development and I think it s fair to share that part of the story as well After posting my initial review on TrustPilot someone from Turbobit contacted me and we exchanged a couple of e-mails The result was that I was given the premium keys for 180 days the one I already payed plus additional 20 days as bonus I m happy with that outcome Posted on 19 03 2021Changing the score I m giving three stars because I don t think it s fair for the customers to go through Trustpilot in order to receive support

Turbobit premium access stops after a week solved

ORDER 1470 - Bought Turbo for a week paid - no code no turbo just took my money Support doesn t respond Edit Key was received 3 days after purchase

Pretty good but not at the level offered

When i registered i got the e-mail Thank you You paid as guest on turbobit net Your access code access code for 30 day s from activation date Put it into this form and submit A week later Turbo access is inactive I logged in with the mail address i registered with and Tb displays the message Upgrade to Turbo and download without limits and half a page of payment methods Unacceptable service Edit found the access code form at the end of the page Account seems to be active Still why have the access code form separate from the login register frame and stuffed away after the oversized payment frame

I am not getting any confirmation emails

Good system to access premium downloads can continue in case of failure simultaneous downloads almost everything perfect only that it does not take advantage of even 50 of my connection and the download takes much longer than what is estimated in the table of difference between free and premium

Try to cancel

Like Marco below I am not getting any confirmation emails so i cannot activate the premium account and i have sent many emails for it to be sorted out and am getting no replies at all I also sent a message on adv turbobit but no answer I have been robbed of my money This customer service is zero non existent BEWARE Oct 20 2019Update Problem has been solved by following instructions given by Turbobit Created an email address gmail Now it finally works Thanks
