Unable to download

Usage is good but unable to download more than 40GB per day even though I paid for 80GB and my profile indicated 80 When I complained about this Roman didn t understand what I was talking about Now I wish to cancel my recurring subscription and haven t received any reply to this simple request Most other sites make it very clear and simple to cancel but with Turbobit there is nothing on their site to advise or help not even in FAQs Obviously a deliberate policy

This is good experience for me

HiI paid yesterday for 1 months useI was able to download a few itemsBut later on when I tried again it took over 6 hours to get something which is not turbo speedAlso the log in password that you sent meDoes not work the site keeps saying that it is not recognised This is very poor service Considering I paid for itYour help please

Limit on downloads

Even though they advertised their paid service as no restriction they have a limit om the number of downloads I don t mind that but it should be clearly stated in the ad

Your Turbo mode is OK although the

Not as turbo as they say it is but is better than nothing especially for my purposes I used PayPal because Turbobit is based in Cyprus and I don t trust any foreign source getting my Credit Debit card number unless it s the UK or Australia You pay 40 extra but it is worth it for the added security

Your Turbo mode is OK although the speed is not that super-speed I hate the free mode To much viruses adware malware And sometimes take 1 or 2 days to manage to start a download of a file Others services limits to 2GB per day or 2 files yours is crazy and we never know how to do to start a download But the payed service is OK

Fast enough

Files seemed to crash quite often in the first few days of my trial period the speed wasn t as quick as I thought it would be The part which let s down Turbobit is the download limit enforcing Out of my 7 day trial I was block in my 5th day due to the download limits I thought once you pay for a service it is unlimited until the day of expiry

Speedy download Able to continue after lost connection

So far my experience has been mostly positive My biggest criticism concerns Turbobits lack of a good search engine to help locate files of interest I have had to turn to 3rd party search engines to attempt to locate files on Turbobit This is very frustrating If Turbobit expects to keep a paying customer they should provide content and an easy way to search topics

Speed were fast The only problems that i encountered are 1 some files cannot be found probably removed and page keep loading and trying to locate file2 around 70 of time will have to refresh the page once It happens when i clicked on the download link or item viewing page Overall it was great and recommended if you are gold-digging some stuff on the related website Recommended
