This little heater makes a cozy home

This little heater makes a cozy home experience and runs very quietly Ours quit heating after a few weeks but Turbro sent us a new one Defects sometimes happen but they took care of it in a Professional and expendient manner

As mentioned in the other comments the customer service is great Sometimes things happen and the product fails I loved my little heater and was afraid I would have to buy another one But Britany was brilliant She was responsive and super helpful I will definitely recommend Turbro to friends and family Thanks again Britany

Needed a replacement remote for one of the fireplace log sets Found the correct item on the website easily placed the order and voila showed up as promised in less than a week Great communications from the support team and couldn t be happier A refreshing change from the usual indifferent corporate approach XOXOX

Replacement Remote

I ordered an electric fireplace from Amazon When we moved I lost the remote The fireplace was still functional but I couldnt adjust the temp I contacted customer service to ask if I could order a replacement remote Nothing generic about the response I was dealing with a real person They promptly sent me a new remote to my new address at no cost They were beyond kind through the entire experience updating me on shipping asking how it worked treating ME like a person It was outstanding Truly mindblowing experience Very thankful

I wasn t familiar with Turbro but ordered an electric fireplace for my mother based on the positive reviews The fireplace is great but the remote didn t work I contacted customer service and Wilson reached out He was timely courteous and provided a solution Very pleased and will be ordering another for my home Great job Turbro and Wilson

Beautiful fireplace and excellent

Beautiful fireplace and excellent customer service I had a couple of indentation in the cover and the could not replace it right away nothing significant However they told me they would follow up if they got a cover plate and I didn t want to remove it from the wall and send the whole thing back I really forgot after several months but they recently contacted me and sent a replacement Excellent service
