Easy to do business

Like the Waterpick of yore the Tuski is a great way to floss for those of us who have better things to do than pull a piece of string between our teeth I once had a hygienist who said they I was one of those people who considered her the maid for my mouth It s very easy to use with no hose or base unit to fill making it much easier to use less messy and easy to travel with I deducted one star because the built-in tank is small and has to be refilled at least once or twice while flossing But that is part of what makes the device so relatively compact

Fantastic service

Fantastic service and fantastic product My family loves our tuski water flossers When my son accidentally detached a small part from his and somehow lost it I contacted customer service to see if they could help They were incredibly prompt courteous and helpful and sent a replacement right away I would definitely recommend this product because they re awesome but more importantly because the customer service is really awesome

Issue resolved with Facebook messaging

When I had an issue with the product I had some difficulty getting in touch with customer service But as soon as I messaged on Facebook I heard from someone immediately and was shipped a new water flosser and am very happy with the ultimate outcome

Love it

Delivery took a while but I really enjoy the product this far It s my first experience with matcha but wanted to find a healthy alternative to my afternoon coffee I definitely found it

Uncoordinated newbie

Works well for someone who has never used one I m sure it and I will be more effective once I am skilled in how to use in an a non awkward manner For now it will be awkward and definitely on the soft setting and primarily done in the shower to avoid washing all of my bathroom walls

They hooked me UP

When the product arrived 1 of the attachments was broken It only comes with 2 I had purchased the 2 yr warranty so I emailed customer service to let them know Within days my replacement arrived To my surprise when I opened it they had sent 4 extra rather than replacing the 1 Appreciated that TRULY The Tuski works GREAT I m even able to travel with it Customer service was A

Product design is excellent

Product design is excellent My only minor issue was the instructions which were a bit puzzling due to terminology and drawings that were a bit difficult to interpret I got around that and it works very well

Easy learning curve

It took me a few times to get the hang of using it I sprayed the bathroom several times unintentionally My mouthfeels clean due to easy removal of leftover food Even after brushing For best and most comfortable use I recommend using warm water

Good Experience

I want to say that first I m extremely happy with the quality and performance of the product I was recently on a trip overseas and had an issue with losing the plug that is on the water reservoir I opened it and as I did so it popped off and went down an open sink drain I went to your website and try to get a replacement part only realizing you don t sell the replacements After corresponding via email your company sent me a whole new unit Since then I ve purchased two more water flossers as gifts for my husband and my brother so thank you You have a loyal advocate and user
