Tuski says they ll get back to me but they haven t returned my many emails about my tuski not working It has been months and not one answer

i bought this flosser because it had very nice customer reviews Now that i have it and used it it has to be the worst product i ever spent money on Yes i feel like these people stole my money Product does not come with the tips You have to buy them separately which is already a rip off It does not exhibit nearly enough power it s a joke And the tank is way too small You literally have just a few seconds to clean your entire mouth It s not enough The worst part is there is no guarantee and no refund In addition if you are someone who is unhappy with your flosser they don t care They block you out Worst money i have ever spent and horrible customer service I have had other flossers in the past that worked much better than this piece of junk Anyone who sais this thing is great it s only because they ve never had better and there is MUCH better products out there HUGE HUGE rip off

First response to get back doesn t exist The product itself has no umph It does nothing Tried reaching someone and no one responds Don t waste time this product awful and they don t stand behind product Don t waste time or money

This is nightmare with Tuski There are so many red flags For example no phone call for support but insensitive e mail close to 24 hours and unreponsive to my emails I was very angry because I did not want to lose my 178 08 on defective products There was no instruction in the box when it arrived The water would spill out when using this I dont feel that they really clean my teeth and gum Also they are cheap materials made in China There are more to say I am very unhappy with these products Please DO NOT BUY their products I dont want you to go through what I went through When you see positive reviews they are definitely fake WITHOUT a question These negative comments by people are true Save yourself from nightmare with Tuski

I bought this Tuski Flosser because the one i already have seemed to be losing strength or so i thought There was so much hype about how amazing this Tuski flosser is I received my Tuski flosser 3 days ago and after using this it i realize my original flosser which I already own works so much better more powerful and is also a lot less expensive The Tuski flosser doesn t have enough power Honesly this thing is a joke and a complete rip off You can buy for a much lower price flosser from somewhere else that will actually work well And if you are someone who thinks this flosser is so fantastic it s only because you ve never used a good one Also this flosser comes from China and it is non refundable There is no clear indication of this before purchasing Yes I took a chance and i truly regret it I was completely ripped off

Purchased two of these Opened one and its was defective The product s water spout would not stay closed Emailed their customer service and after sending images video was told twice to purchase an o-ring off Amazon to fix it at my own cost I then reported them through Paypal and their company sent a bogus refund offer First I had to ship the product back to Australia and not from the shipping address it came from in the US Second both products had to be in the same condition I received them in knowing that I had opened one and used it They should have just done the right thing and either sent me the broken piece to fix it or a shipping label to return the product Total scammers Don t buy Stick with your Waterpik where you can easily get refills in a store

I got 3 tuski flossers I opened 2 they don t get the gunk out at all the way they have advertised am I returned the 3rd one that I never opened Tuski said I can return it for a refund if it s not open 10 days go by since they ve gotten the flosser back so I email them and they have the audacity to tell me that they can t refund my money because it was greasy I didn t even open the freakin box how is it greasy Sleezy company I would never buy anything from them or suggest it to anyone

Worst customer service and no follow through Not thrilled by product effectiveness and no response from their end No other company like this Stick to reliable responsive companies Awful

The washer fell of the water tank door within the first 3 weeks of owning it emailed customer service and Hailey from Tuski would not warranty the washer and told me they do not sell the washer and instructed me to buy them on Amazon I do not recommend dealing with them

Do not buy this product We bought two and neither one works Their customer service will not issue a refund or exchange claiming it s a hygenie product Which is not true we have returned toothbrushes that do not work not to mention other things If you read their reviews they are not real they are part of their advertising Do not be fooled complete waste of money
