It is a great water flosser while it

It is a great water flosser while it works BUT mine just stopped working within 6 months and the company are resisting doing anything about it and are trying to ignore me Very poor service

I purchased a Tuski water flosser in September and purchased an extended warranty It broke and I have sent four emails over the last two weeks without a response I did like the flosser but customer service is terrible

Not a suitable substitute for regular flossing

While the product works it just doesn t do the job It s not a suitable substitute for regular flossing I wouldn t mind if the company stood behind their products but they don t I told them I was unhappy with it and they said they don t offer returns unless the product is unused no offer of resolution whatsoever How would I know if it was useful or not without USING it Being in Canada made this a purchase over 100 for me and a complete waste of money Don t make the same mistake

Would never buy a Tuski again

The button to change the tips kept getting stuck after a few months and then stopped charging after 12 months I purchased from the Australian website but because they no longer have a store my warranty does not apply Poor customer service

Purchased within a very few using the rubber washer would not stay closed this there was no water on a water pick I purchased thinking I had a year warranty However never expecting to have to reach to Tuski They very adamantly told me the problem was my problem Never using a water flosser did any of them cause me trouble where I could buy replacement parts as they do not fix or exchange They blamed me for the breakage The Worst experience I ve ever had with a online purchase Item is and was defective Beware

Used the flosser 8 times the inside washer to hold the water would not stay closed They advertise a one year warranty They advised me after owning for 3 months where I could purchase and repair myself They stated the product was not defective I don t know what they would ever consider defective Suggest buying in the USA Company is registered in Australia Beware defective product and is not rated in any top ten flossers

Advertise multiple tips not included

For the high price you would think both the power block and the multiple tips that they advertise would be included At time of purchase there was literally nothing showing that the tips were not available or that they cost 19 more What I received were untipped nozzles that will do a great job scratching up gums Do not buy there are better water flossers with more reliable advertising and clearer support policy

I purchased tow 2 Tuski Flosser and the first one that I used stop working completely in less than two 2 months that I have been using it I sent numerous emails messages though their website that says that they will repond within 24 hours but I never got a single respond from them which I think is unprofessional and unethical The after sales service is the most disgusting and dreadful experience I had from a company that sells their product through Face Book I wish they will improve this area of their business

I bought a tuski and am now needing replacement heads Sadly Tuski have told me that though they sold me the unit to the UK they no longer ship to the UK and that therefore my tuski is now useless and should be thrown out This is a dreadful policy specially in the modern day when we understand that sustainable practice is so important I would never buy anything from this company and I advise you against doing so even if you are in the US - unless you wish to support a company with such a retrograde environmental policy How sad
