My order came in the timeframe promised I received the specific flosser I requested and I would definitely recommend anyone looking to use an easier device than traditional flossers Much easier to use if you have braces

All went according to plan No surprises Love the products I have purchased I have never flossed my teeth 59 years young Hated it Even my dentist has a hard time cause my teeth are so close together but I am blessed with great teeth Now I floss every day with my Tuski Seriously it s a game changer Thanks for changing my perspective on oral hygiene

I had a faulty product and asked for a refund or replacement Was told I would have to take a video of the problem and submit it before a refund would be considered Not being computer savvy I told the rep I did not know how to do that Went back and forth a bit via a few more emails and then told her to just forget I asked but that I really liked the product while it worked properly and that I totally understood their need for proof of the problem I just couldn t comply Thought that was the end of it Was sent a new email telling me I would receive a replacement at no charge Now THAT is great customer service in my opinion Thank you for your understanding of my shortcomings and sending me the replacement - love it
