Great response time

The response time from your agents was incredibly quick and professional Liam Laura and Alexandra all helped me and the problem was solved very quickly One recommendation I would have - when your agents reply to a query email it would be nicer if the email trail history stayed below their response so that you don t have to keep going back to previous sent emails to see what was said or if it s technical like credit card numbers and dates I had to keep going back to the previous emails to remember the numbers and dates in further queries

Contact with Liam and Laura at Twinkl when trying to cancel my membership was excellent Both were extremely polite and friendly and their responses to my emails were prompt and helpful They were able to sort out my problem very quickly Thanks

I was struggling to launch games on

I was struggling to launch games on Twinkl despite being able to do this previously When I emailed customer support they were very quick in trying to help me although I did feel that there were far too many emails going back and forth and from a different advisor each time Also many questions were being repeated I got so fed up I nearly ended my subscription Anyway I m glad now that the issue has got sorted
