I had an issue with a payment

I had an issue with a payment Didn t think I d be able to get help with it on a Saturday however after putting in my complaint through the online chat I had an immediate response from Emma who processed a refund and changed my subscription It was so quick and easy Also Ansaria from customer care who promptly described the issue and pointed me in the right direction Thanks to both of them

Terrific resource bank

As an educator who helps other teachers to plan lessons I found so many terrific resources on the Twinkl site to share as examples with my teachers If you unclick the US-only options you will find even more I was pleasantly surprised at the wealth of topics and grade levels available

This app is useful for everyone they have thought of each and every kids children needs be it visual be eat listening be it sensitive They have thought of each kids need including inclusion kids what else can one wish for

Excellent service as well as excellent resources

TWINKL provide great resources for teachers and family helpers of all ages for all ages On top of that they do have a team who genuinely do offer support It s not a chat bot without the option to talk to a real person who will endeavour to help you find the right solution to your problem I spoke with Liz yesterday She listened carefully to my query and went above and beyond in providing a wonderful solution for me Both company and their dedicated staff highly come highly recommended

Always impressed with the range and quality of resources Saves me so much time Recently contacted their customer services due to an error with my membership renewal They resolved it super quickly and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the outcome
