Very helpful and understanding

Customer service was very helpful after I was charged at the end of a free trial which I used for a couple of downloads and completely forgot about I reached out to request a refund and they got back to me fairly quickly and were happy to oblige It took about 3 working days to get sorted as they required some information from me which I found very reasonable and helpful as other companies wouldn t have agreed to a refund They also recommended some of their content that was more relevant to me which I will make sure to look into

Twinkl is a must have for anyone with or caring for children

Twinkl has been invaluable to me in planning activities for the children in my care I am a School Run Nanny It has also helped me tremendously when assisting my Grandson with his homework In addition it has provided many ideas including templates for crafting and games It is an easy to use site with excellent filters which allows you to find material which is age and subject approximately Brilliant Good value for money and easy to join and cancel at any time

Recommend especially for homeschooling

I ve been using Twinkl as my main resource for homeschooling my two children for about 18 months now I love that there are planners that cover the entire curriculum with flexibility to add or exchange topics unit plans or workbooks as needed A lot of fun items too such as classroom displays and posters Definitely recommend

I love Twinkl - I used a resource and whilst it made sense as an adult to the child I was using it with it didn t and when I looked at it again I saw why - contacted Twinkl who changed it for me super quickly and I m looking forward to using it this week during a focused activity Not the 1st time I ve done this and everyone is helpful with changes tweaks
