I cancelled my trial on the 13th of January, well within the time period stated upon signing up. I received a cancellation confirmation email. Deeming this cancelled, carried on until I happened across the sight, and found an invoice (not directed to your email) on my page. They were charging me without consent. I emailed to complain and go the same automated, lousy response each time, stating I couldn't cancel, even though I had not authorised the charge, even though I received a confirmation cancellation email, and the invoice states "can receive a refund until the 21st Feb." how very odd. I asked to speak to management, no response, I asked for a refund, "sorry you missed the window." Having search Trust Pilot, I see this is a frequent problem, people cancelling and being charged. I then went on to PayPal to see if I could get a refund, and because they are a legitimate business, they gave me one. Despite 2 confirmation emails stating I had cancelled, and the numerous nonsense emails stating nothing much of value, they did assure me my memebership had been cancelled. I double checked on PayPal, and it was still ACTIVE! So not only do they lie and and steal, they will also keep your membership active in the hopes you don't notice. Utter theft and nonsense. Do not trust the company.

Twinkl took a full years subscription payment from my bank account without permission when I d previously been paying month to month Tried cancelling account three times prior to this payment being taken avoid at all costs if you don t want your money stolen from you

Horrible and annoying interface Impossible to find out how to sell a powerpoint that I made Customer service nonexistent and impossible to delete your account Their delete account help page has 100 out of 700 found helpful but they don t fix anything Not to mention they SPAM YOU LIKE CRAZY I recieve like 10 spam emails from these guys DAILY Obnoxious

as a teacher I ve used twinkl for a number of years with no issues I pay monthly at the moment for my membership I ve just received a notification from my bank twinkl has taken 101 88 from my bank on 27 12 23 I haven t changed or been told about my subscription changing to yearly Nothing How can they just take money like that It s disgusting I m not even using it for work right now as it s Christmas It also states their customer service is 24 7 365 days per year I have had no answer on the phone It said average wait is 3 mins After about 10 minutes it says no one is available

Lying thieves that take your money without your knowledge Extremely deceiving and manipulative It is impossible to get in touch with them and they rob people of their money It is impossible to cancel your subscription membership This company must be sued They have stolen 106 from me now and I am very upset about this

A very unhappy customer I purchased a subscription and accessed resources ONCE I did not like them I asked Twinkl to cancel my membership and refund the money Not only did they refuse to do that but also Twinkl-sympathising bots not necessarily or directly employed by the company from what I could gather attacked me on the FB home education group on FB in conjunction with similarly spirited warning to other users Too cordinated to be uncoordinated it appeared to me In any case be aware that Twinkl is keen to take your money even when it is clear that you did not abuse the process did not download loads of material

3rd promise for a refund
I ve had the promise of a refund on 3 occasions now since the end of December 2023 All of which I was advised would clear my account in 5-7 working days Each time no refund has been received and I just keep receiving the same email when I chase I ve raised it as fraudulent activity with my bank Let s hope it s 3rd time lucky though I sincerely doubt it My advise is do not subscribe
