I love Twinkl

I love Twinkl - I used a resource and whilst it made sense as an adult to the child I was using it with it didn t and when I looked at it again I saw why - contacted Twinkl who changed it for me super quickly and I m looking forward to using it this week during a focused activity Not the 1st time I ve done this and everyone is helpful with changes tweaks

Heather Emma Alexandra were super helpful to me when I had an issue with my account I really love this page as it is really useful when I am on teaching placement and working in schools during my college year I will continue to use twinkle as I really enjoy it and there are excellent resources The team are super helpful and especially those mentioned

Recommend especially for homeschooling

I ve been using Twinkl as my main resource for homeschooling my two children for about 18 months now I love that there are planners that cover the entire curriculum with flexibility to add or exchange topics unit plans or workbooks as needed A lot of fun items too such as classroom displays and posters Definitely recommend

Twinkl is a must have for anyone with or caring for children

Twinkl has been invaluable to me in planning activities for the children in my care I am a School Run Nanny It has also helped me tremendously when assisting my Grandson with his homework In addition it has provided many ideas including templates for crafting and games It is an easy to use site with excellent filters which allows you to find material which is age and subject approximately Brilliant Good value for money and easy to join and cancel at any time

Very helpful and understanding

Customer service was very helpful after I was charged at the end of a free trial which I used for a couple of downloads and completely forgot about I reached out to request a refund and they got back to me fairly quickly and were happy to oblige It took about 3 working days to get sorted as they required some information from me which I found very reasonable and helpful as other companies wouldn t have agreed to a refund They also recommended some of their content that was more relevant to me which I will make sure to look into

Excellent resources for all ages they will make almost anything you need Quick responses with support always on trend with what is going on 8n the world Superb info and ideas for parental support Love twinkl phonics fun good quality resources easy to pick up suits all abilities fantastic reading books linked to learning

Brilliant databank of wonderful resources Good quality resources to use in school as well as at home The Unit packs to study and have all the resources for a subject are one of my favourites I requested a change addition of resources which was swiftly made Communication was quick and friendly

Excellent Custoner Care

I used Twinkl as a trial offer as I wanted to find resources for our church Christingle school visit these II found very useful I had intended to cancel the trial offer within the time limit but missed it by a couple of days and a direct debit payment was taken After contacting Twinkl Customer Care and explaining I had not used the resources since and was unlikely to use them again as I m not in education they agreed to refund my payment Excellent customer care Thank you
