Amazing support team

I love the twinkl resources from an educator and full time UNI student perspective I joined the subscription to get the diary as I seen how much if a useful resource it would be I had a few issues through my own fault and the support team have been such a great help quickly replying and getting to the bottom of the issue for me Thank you to the support team for help and assistance I can t wait to get my diary and use it in time for my UNI course to start again in march

Twinkl Excellent customer service

I accidentally paid for a Twinkl subscription which I didn t use for 5 months and Twinkl agreed to refund as they could see I hadn t used my account to download resources Their customer advisor Lauren was very helpful

Twinkl my resource bank

Twinkl seems to have every resource I need for my speech and language sessions which are often play based Should I need to adapt them Twinkl has never disappointed I am also able to use adapted Twinkl resources for my Panjabi classes making learning the language fun and easy to learn I know I am never stuck with Twinkl at hand

I had a query regarding my account and emailed a request for clarification The response I received was prompt comprehensive and written in a friendly tone It felt like my custom was valued and worth the price of my subscription

I belived that you are awesome in costumer satisfacction because you respected and attendend all our requirements even when you are not making profits like in my case I will always recommend your web page not just beacause your are great with all the info and materials but beyond that your care about your customers

The customer servicer advisor was understanding of the situation and wanted to help She understood the pressures of a Teacher and that Twinkl is there to support with workload and planning etc The problem couldnt be resolved however she found a solution which gave me access for a short enough period to complete any work She was polite and lovely

Twinkle is a wonderful website for teachers parents or anyone who needs resources for school fun activities etc Most of their content offers amazing quality materials from PowerPoint presentations to printable games I ve been using them for more than 3 years Recently I had to get in contact with their customer service team and they were prompt and resourceful This is the type of company that adds value to the customer in all of its forms

Communicating with Twinkl

Twinkl have been great at answering my membership concerns They have been prompt with their responses and were able to sort my issue This involved liasing with two different departments which they did easily and forwarded my emails to the correct departments They resolved my membership issue and were fair in their decision I was very happy with the outcome
