I love the product

I love the product I ordered probably 7 products Only 2 have arrived And I am wondering if the remaining items will make it in time for Christmas Some were ordered on Dec 11th I do plan to order more items in the future I would like it if you could confirm by email that the item was delievered instead of having to go back and look up I have also told a number of folks about these special gifts

It s ok Worth the price if on sale Delivery to US takes a long time

We ordered the the tree and the wall decoration We have not hung up the wall piece yet but we have put the tree up in the living room The tree is ok and my experience with it is pretty much what I expected It looks nice and lights nicely and looks interesting All but for the white base which look cheap The huge upside is that the tree can be power by the provided cable or by batteries

Happy not happy

My daughters were pleased with their twinkling tree and willow lights I was not pleased with the length of time they took to arrive or the condition of packaging Christmas was over You asked for a review before they d even arrived If I d realised that they were being shipped from Australia having been made in China I would have purchased something made closer to home

Love how it looks at night

I really love how it looks at night during the day not as much I was disappointed how both boxes from 2 trees were damaged they were delivered in a bag which did not protect it from crushing The trees were not damaged though I think it would be a better idea if the tree charged with a USB cord like many other products I have around the house so you do not need to have it plugged in or use batteries

I ordered 3 of these for Christmas presents and when I unboxed very crumpled it was cheap looking and very plasticky It does not look as great as the website photos It s wrapped in a foil but it looks like kitchen foil

I dithered about buying this loved the idea but wasn t sure I d like the silver foil look to the trunk and branches I was right Personally I d prefer it if the tree parts looked more realistic as in either a silver birch or plain twig look It is however very jolly and from a distance lit I like it a lot

ATTN ANYONE WHO PURCHASED A ENCHANTED LUNAR LIGHT AND CANNOT GET IT TO WORK SEE BELOW AFTER ASSEMBLED AND 3 FRESH AA BATTERIES INSTALLED TURN SWITCH ON BOTTOM TO ON AND THEN TOUCH THE POWER BUTTON AT THE BASE OF THE MOON ON THE SIDE OF THE BLACK BASE VIOLA FINALLY WORKIING AFTER I KEPT LOOKING AT IT

I have loved almost everything

I loved everything I have purchased only problem is that I received the glowing Christmas tree and it was broken I have tried endlessly to contact someone and know one had gotten back to me I honestly do love the product so much I am using it broken The stem on the tree does not balance and I have to position it up against something Sad for this but do love the stufff so much I will continue to buy

Mixed feelings

I had seen ads for the Fairy Light Spirit Tree on Facebook and loved how it appeared When there was a sale on them I ordered two They took a few weeks to arrive which was understandable since it was international shipping My review is mixed While the lights look lovely when lit up I feel that the appearance of the base and trunk looks very cheap The base is extremely lightweight plastic and the tree is simply wires wrapped in gold tape I would not want to display it on a table by itself For the holiday I put it behind something else with just the lights showing above Also I wanted to put it on a timer rather than manually turning it on and off This was not possible The timer would not turn it on I had to remember to press the on button but it did turn it off Also note if you want to plug it in to a wall outlet you will need an adapter for the USB plug So while I felt that the lights are very pretty the tree itself is not attractive enough to display It just looks cheap For the price I expected a more well-made product
