Very poor packaging

When I finally got the trees two of the three boxes were damaged The package the three trees were in was a thin plastic not a sturdy box Even the individual tree boxes were thin and cheap I have opened one and it works I am giving one as a gift so that will have to be the inside box that did not have damage While the tree is pretty it looks very very cheap with the tin foil wrap on the branches I expected it to look better so I worry about gifting it

Customer service is not good

Although the tree itself is beautiful and loved by the recipients I am still waiting a response from customer service about 3 weeks regarding an order error I received and was charged for 3 trees when I only wanted 2 trees I was charged full price for one when I ordered it with a discount offer Not happy about this part of it

Not what I had hoped for

Sadly the box arrived crushed and took two weeks to get here but miraculously the lights still work and no damage to the actual tree However the lights are much brighter and cold vs the warm lights that the photos on the website show Ultimately I think the person who I gave the gift to will like it but I wouldn t order from here again

Decent product good communication

My order was delayed which was inconvenient but it wasn t too late just a week or two They emailed me right away to explain that it would be delayed The product works fine but for the price I would have expected better quality It is battery-operated and it stands a little crooked But otherwise it looks just as pictured Very cute

Cheap quality

It took ages to arrive looks and feels cheap Expensive for a bit of plastic with silver plastic wrapped round it And it doesn t twinkle Its either lit permanent or flashing Not twinkling But when it is lit it looks nice and creates a warm light in a dark corner Would Def not buy it again though Iv just bought 2 much bigger light up trees from Amazon much better quality all round for less than I paid for this one

Once it s assembled and lit it casts a lovely light However the branches are wrapped in cheap foil like tape and the base also looks quite cheap I bought it as a gift and didn t feel it was suitable when I saw the materials It s a great idea and does look nice when it s on in a dark room I just wish the over all look was less plastic tinfoil and more understated

Bright lights but not as nice as expected

The tree in the photos on the website doesn t match the product It has a cheap looking plastic base and the actual tree looks like it s tin foil Having said that once the branches have been pulled into a tree shape and the lights are on they are very bright In a darkened room it looks pretty but by day not so much I bought a second tree as a present but unfortunately I think I won t be giving it as a present

Mostly happy a few minor gripes

I was relatively happy with my experience The tree came much later than I thought it would Not a huge deal though The tree is pretty and gives off good light but I wish the light it gave off was a warmer tone like the pictures on the site There also seems to be only two modes always on and blinking It would be amazing if there was a twinkling or fade grow setting

A month for shipping

The lights are beautiful But the shipping was a nightmare I ordered on November 27th with the website FAQ staying it would take 3-7 days for delivery Um They were delivered December 21st USPS had no updated during the interim so I worried I understand shtuff happens but a month The lights are gorgeous but I will only buy again if I have a couple months to wait

The shipping is extremely slow

The shipping is extremely slow but I m satisfied with the product Ordered it as a Christmas present for my wife on December 11th and received it today January 4th She using it as a decoration and looking into making it look better by glueing flowers on it and wrapping the silver part with textured paper Honestly won t buy again customer service is pretty good
