Do not buy enchants watering can

Enchanted watering can is overpriced small and does not match description They have changed the product since I last bought some a few months ago and they are not the same quality at all You are unable to leave negative reviews on the actual website Very disappointed with purchase

Shockingly bad customer service

The customer service is absolutely shocking So awful Took a month to arrive absolutely no communication no response to emails I ll never use them again and won t recommend them to anyone However I have to say I quite like the tree It s definitely overpriced but it s pretty That s the only reason they got more than one star

Misleading offered price - could be in USD

I visited the TwinklingTree New Zealand website and bought an item for the advertised price of 79 then was offered a second item for 35 which I accepted and paid for Seemed like a good deal Then I noticed on my credit statement that they had charged me 57 59 for the second item 35 USD and a conversion fee On the plus side customer service was great replied promptly when I complained got it sorted and within a week had refunded me the difference Just be aware that when you make payment any offer that is triggered by your transaction will probably be in USD and not clearly indicated

Holly Christmas Tree Lacking Quality

I ordered the Holly Christmas Tree last year it eventually arrived post Christmas and has been in the attic boxed until this year I was very disappointed to find that the item I recieved was very poor quality lacking any decent finish and I doubt would last any length of time Don t be fooled by the amazing glossy product pictures which are wonderful and lure you in as in my case ultimately in my opinion I recieved a very over priced product 30 pound in the sale from China which definatley didn t meet my expectations from the companies fantastic photography

Item still not shipped almost a month later

I ordered some items for Christmas and they didn t get delivered until after Christmas I still have one item that I ordered early December that still has not shipped and they charged me it s Jan now The products are ok not the best quality but the lights are pretty

This is a 10 quality item that you will pay 40 for on sale I am not a picky person but this is not well made I am stuck with it because I don t want to pay shipping back to Australia Don t buy

Product just rather poor

Product just rather poor basically just LEDs and wire wrapped in brown tape they send you 6 command strips to attach it to the wall with which isn t enough so they may as well not bother they recommend using command strips or double sided tape which doesn t really work as there s not enough flat surface on the product to get it to stick without just plastering your wall with strips Hooks seem to work okay but look less than ideal

My order was not delivered I live in a gated community and have video on my front door and my package was not delivered It took weeks to learn that Twinkling Tree is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and apparently LaserShip who they use for delivery isn t either - what a SHAM Why would anyone order from twinkling tree UPDATE They refunded my money after I posted this review I have to give them credit for doing that

Prepare for disappointment

Twinkling Tree looks disappointingly cheap The bark is wrapped in gold paper probably difficult to do but looks amateurish Had I seen it in a shop there s no way I would have bought it I ll suck it up and learn from the experience it comes from Australia and previous comments refer to hassle over refunds and postage to Australia

Just waiting to see if my issue gets resolved

Just waiting to resolve my issue so in fairness will re-review as soon as I hear back from them The issue for me has been that one of the bases for the tree does not work Each time I email them I don t get a return address to send it back but instead ANOTHER email 4 now asking me to take a video of the defective product before they give me a return address for shipping If you don t respond quickly the inquiry stops and you have to request a new one Why do I have to prove it doesn t work Why can t I ship it back so they can test it Stay tuned the jury is out on this
