UERGO failure to deliver

UERGO - Failure to deliver all of my order I am still waiting for the balance of my order placed 28th May number ORDER ERG-35342 for a Garden Weed Brush Lawnmower 8 Inch 29 98 to be delivered They sent me the metal brush part of the machine but this is useless without the rest of the machine I have sent 10 emails to Julia in their customers support office but still no reply This is a completely useless company which takes your money but fails to deliver Don t even think about buying anything from these cowboys just read the reviews which are very similar to mine
