Ordered a Camelback Correction Belt in March which eventually arrived Unfortunately it was a total mess and unusable Attempted to request refund and return label but Uergo totally ignored this request in spite of three emails Do not use this company They are yet another useless Chinese company who only want to get hold of your money and bank details

SCAM COMPANY

If I could leave a zero rating I would I purchased some bathroom descaler after watching an impressive video on YouTube With p p included I spent 25 for a pack of three What a scam the bottles were no more than 4cms long 60mls I don t know what the product was inside but it may have well been water No foaming action no removal of stains A total scam Avoid this company like the plague and if you want to clean your bathroom then get flash with bleach or the Pink Stuff for about 2 I have reached out to the company for comments but surprise surprise no response

The advert was misleading and I was sent a manual precision screwdriver set instead on the electric one demonstrated in the advert No interest in putting it right but they must know it was wrong as they offered me a 50 refund which I did not except Passed the details to TSO as it breached the Consumer Act as it was not as described Also I suspect the item is made in China and not German as the advert stated

This company is shit They have no contact number I have emailed them no response That have charge me 19 i still not received my product I bought it from YouTube advertising but this is shit advertising you tube suppose to remove this company They are fake and lying

What they advertise is completely different from what I received yesterday I was wondering why on earth they payed for ads that is not true I have no idea if they sent me the one I order or different product What I received May be I can clean small things like spoon or knife but not toilet or anything else is very tiny I hope they refund my money

I have a bad experienced buying what they call mini portable kinetic heater and I m sure it s a scam They send you something without any cable or switch or instruction how to operate It s like a plastic toy that s even worth a penny I ve email them many times to send me instruction but no respond
