A company that f-bombs you in its YouTube advert has no phone number on its website no indication where it s based and provides a random assortment of cheap shoddy products Frankly I should have known better and so should you Avoid

First time customer was supposed to be a Christmas present Had terrible customer communication Took forever to get any communications only to be sent an email saying it had been delivered today Boxing Day It has not been delivered and I am 22 98 down and nothing to show for it Would not use this website ever again and advise everyone to steer clear as they are either crooks or really poor business people

This company is a scam and YouTube aswell as PayPal should end their association with Uergo I ordered magnetic cubes over 3 weeks ago and now they re are claiming its been delivered with no proof to back up their claim I have initiated a dispute through PayPal to try and retrieve my money DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Placed order on the 8th December tracking says it landed in London on the 18th nothing since then now 31 days in transit emailed 3 times no response saw the item on YouTube advert now 20 out of pocket avoid this comany if you don t want to be robbed

VERY DISSATISFIED

I purchased a toy as a Christmas present for my grandson on December 16 2024 but it never arrived until January 9 2025 Two days after buying it I decided to check other online sites for the same item and discovered that I paid twice as much than the other sites that sold the same item UERGO is unreliable and expensive I URGE YOU TO NOT SHOP AT THIS COMPANY

Absolute rip off I ordered my item on December 15th 2024 and despite numerous emails to them I finally received one at 05 00 am this morning saying my good have been delivered I still have not received my order and it s the 15th January 2025 DISGUSTING

Ordered a Magic Magnetic Cube 28th of November and didn t receive it I ve emailed numerous times to no avail No reply Nothing Applied for a refund via PayPal They said ai would get money back in 2 days Chinese rip off Never purchase anything from them again

Absolutely useless

Still waiting for my Wedge toenail clippers since December 2024 angry desperately need due to the long nhs Podiatry list now I m going to see if I could get a refund Can anyone tell me if Uergo and Dimoo are connected because I m having problems with Dimoo too Both soooo unprofessional Dimoo product was ordered 17 1 25 Haven t even received an order reference number and or an email back and as for Uergo they finally acknowledged but I m still waiting since December 2024 and today is Fri 24 1 25 for my Wedge clippers from both companies I m sure they re the same company

Disappointed with the product and Uergo

Disappointed with the product and Uergo customer service I bought a semi-automatic whisk and it s been a huge disappointment I am not happy at all with the result It is said to whisk milk and make it fluffy like the ones served in cafes but it doesn t Also I sent them an email and no one got back to me Still waiting for a reply
