1st visit purchase Everything went smoothly My product purchase was based on a video I seen on YT Product arrived 22nd March in good condition However I have yet to try it

I have already written to you about the absence of the gifts I was promised in my order I have not yet received a response and consequently I am not impressed

I was overall impressed When my first bracelet broke they reacted with speed and replaced it I was pleased with response and the solution would of given 5 stars had the first braclet not broken

I bought the clear water proof coating that I painted on my decking for extra protection I won t know if it has worked until later

I was pleased with the torch that you sent me My dissatisfaction was this no instructions at all on how to set up the torch and it s certainly not as bright as the advert suggests Overall 4 5 thank you Rev Paul Addison London

Chargeable screwdriver base advertised manual on header page

The advertising website shows an electric chargeable screwdriver and base Going onto the Uergo website the screwdriver base that is advertised on the header page is manual I guess you would have to search for the one advertised Saying that the item performs well

Good basic earpods

These earpods are great if you don t want something inside your ear They work well and come on automatically The charging pod is good with clear information about when it needs re-charging Delivery took a while and of course like so many things these days they are made in China

Items from abroad

It was quick and easy to order my items the process was smooth The value of each items was excellent I did not realise that the items were coming from abroad until I checked the tracking however it still did not take long for my first item to arrive however I am still waiting on my second item I presumed that both items would arrive together the second item appears to be taking longer

Handy Gadget

Product just received but it appears to be well built and good for its job time will tell on that one as I havnt used it yet I m not as sure that it was value for money and the shipping experience wasnt great so didnt rate it 5 stars
