My experience with first home improvements was excellent Everyone is amicable reasonable and puts us at ease and makes us feel comfortable The sales rep Ian was knowledgeable and helpful The surveyor was great and precise in his work and very good with the trainee he had with him The fitters were amazing they done a really good job were very respectful of our home and very punctual Extremely organised and work fast The sale rep Meida from the Huntingdon branch came to inspect and help us out with a possible future project She was very helpful funny and interactive with not just the job but everyday ordinary things helping to make the right choice for the front door I would recommend first home improvements for home improvements

Exceptional Service from First Home Improvements A Step Closer to Our Forever Home

This is our second installation with First Home Improvements This time we had two doors fitted front and side along with a stairwell window and lintel Lintel Installation The scaffolding went up on the scheduled date and the team was efficient and friendly A couple of days later the lintel was installed with minimal fuss The team was very helpful and made sure to tidy up afterward Window and Door Installation The window was installed two days after the lintel followed by the doors all by a different team They were incredibly friendly efficient and most importantly extremely tidy Overall our experience has been excellent From the sales team and engineer to the fitting crew everyone has been exemplary First Home Improvements offers a full 12-year warranty on their work and affordable payment options making the investment worth every penny in my opinion Their outstanding staff and fitting teams make them an easy choice for any future work we plan Thank you First Home Improvements for helping turn our house into our forever home

The whole experience from choosing our doors to having them fitted has been excellent Robert Banks who fitted the doors was very professional and left everywhere immaculate Would definitely recommend

Totally impressed with First Home Improvements from start to finish after an appalling experience with another company a few years ago we were very hesitant to sign up with another national company again but we need not have worried We were kept informed of progress throughout the build all staff were very approachable and nothing was to much trouble We are more than pleased with the products supplied and all was finished cleanly and the product looks great We would highly recommend First Home Improvements Thank you Ludovic Sales Paul Surveyor Ian Dan installers and all behind the scenes

Fitters Alison and Tristan immediately put down dust sheets in all working areas Windows were fitted quickly and neatly and absolutely no mess left behind All products were demonstrated clearly and all questions answered Very happy with this team
