Fast friendly and extremely professional from initial enquiry to completion 2 weeks later James did an absolutely fantastic job I am really over the moon Real quality workmanship in spite of the horrible weather he had to work in and he worked tirelessly from arrival to departure leaving no mess whatsoever Massive thanks to Richard who was the main point of contact and always available to respond to questions James and the whole team behind the scenes I would have no hesitation in providing the very highest recommendation - this has transformed our under stairs area

I decided to go for Understairs Storage despite them being more expensive than others and I m so pleased i did From start to finish Richard was really helpful and knowledgeable meaning we had a bespoke design which totally satisfied our storage requirements On the day James the fitter worked like a true trojan only stopping briefly for lunch There was never any hard sell and the aftercare service has been great too I was a little skeptical when i saw that all the reviews were 100 5 stars but having now been through the process here i am doing the same I have no issue in wholeheartedly recommending Richard and the team

Worth the investment

We spent ages looking for independent joiners carpenters to try fit the storage but none of them knew where to start by chance I stumbled on this page and I could not be happier that I did Richard spent about 50 minutes on the phone with us during the initial consultation he was so thorough and made sure no detail was left out We ve now utilised a lot of dead space and the end product looks so good Thank you for all your hard work team- I absolutely love it

Amazing job done really pleased The fitter worked so hard all day and it was finished in a day The attention to detail is fantastic It looks fantastic and everyone who has seen it is jealous So easy to arrange too from design to installation Really recommended

Solid stylish super use of wasted space

Great communication plans based on what I wanted and their experience in this field The fitter James came exactly as agreed worked a solid 12 hours and got the whole job done in one day The attention to detail was meticulous and the drawers and cupboard fit perfectly I would definitely recommend I did have cheaper quotes but the communication quality design and plans were just not up to the finished product I now have
