Company is making lots of profit but they would probably blame the war on Ukraine for the price hike And yes you follow the market price but when the market price is too high it becomes extreme capitalism and exploitation

They put 1200kr deposit on your card without any notice I was half way to report a fraud incident to the police when my wife mentioned it could also be a very questionable business policy I would have never agreed to this

This is the first time that we r at norway and we have fuel diesel with unox near hamar And we got charge like double price on our debit card I was like OMG And i don t know what to do Cuz there no person working there to ask for help And there is no recipt to print out

Uno-X at Milnersvej 47 in Hiller d just plainly stole d my 69 kr I know it s not a lot But 30 minutes of my evening was also wasted with useless customer service call After I paid the 69 kr w my credit card which I have a printed receipt the machines never startedThe guy inside the 7-eleven shop came out to help although he apparently has nothing to do with Uno-X service part Really bizarre and screwed up setup After 20 minutes with technical support and customer support the machine could not start Fine Shit happens But at least offer to refund my money NO That did not happen They just hung up Truly remarkable level of scam operation they got going here They should be shut down They are just Plain criminals l

I wish i d read these before spending
I wish i d read these before spending 25k on a UNOX combi Thing is 2 years old and has been in repair mode for the last 6 months and completely inoperable the last 3 months Unox sends one part at a time without even knowing what is wrong Unox uses only one repair company in my area and they are as frustrated as we are The unit has never worked great and Unox should replace the oven but they refuse My operations are suffering as well as the moral of our chef team
