i just started an internet and
i just started an internet and landline telephone contract with this company i discovered a week ago that i don t have phone service and i have no cell phone as well so i tried contacting Oxxio through the internet for days now nothing they re supposed to call me back within the hour but i m not sure i can GET calls either i haven t had any since the service supposedly began every time i tried connecting to their chat service it said there was noone available at LEAST 15 times over the last week at different times of the day TERRIBLE company i might have to switch internet telephone companies yet again this is after receiving REALly bad service from telfort what IS it with these companies here i m writing again at least a month later most unhelpful customer service personnel imaginable i asked for an itemized bill they gave me another phone number people to contact i did that and THOSE people told me to call Oxxio avoid this company if possible i m changinga aGAIN asap

Never get oxxio electricity
poor service they will charge several times more than they agreed on in the start and will justify as hidden charges rude and incompetent customer service

do not use Oxxio if you expect anything
do not use Oxxio if you expect anything in the way of customer service it s like they employ staff specifically to be aggressive towards you At Oxxio the customer is always wrong

Oxxio Customer Service is Terrible
I have been encountering problems for over a month with the internet and Oxxio Customer service is terrible The issue is with the cable in the street and despite telling Oxxio customer service representatives that their independent contractors cannot do anything they insist on sending and then they come and can do nothing as there is no problem in the house but outside I am regularly either waiting hours for responses or do not get any from the customer service agents and remain without functioning internet I changed recently to Oxxio and regret the decision I will be leaving as soon as I can to use another provider who uses the cable connection and not the DSL line

Never subscribe to Oxxio Internet
The worst Internet service I got a call from a sales person and was convinced to subscribe to internet which I did in July 2019 I received the device and I never was able to install it so called multiple times to send a technician over never came Result I ve been paying Oxxio internet since July 2019 and never used the service Now I m leaving the country relocating abroad for work called Oxxio to cancel the contract and I still have to pay until July 2020 Result I m paying Oxxio internet until July 2020 which I never used Thanks Oxxio best service ever That s very bad Cheers Erwan

Very bad gas electricity provider
Very bad gas electricity provider We actually started a contract with them having being promised 230euro Cashback We filled in the form on internet but because of a technical problem Oxxio was not able to proceed with our request for a contract When we called back we did step by step together over the phone the contract once again and that point still the promo of 230euro was applicable All of a sudden when contract kicked in we were only given 155euro back instead Despite the many calls we got no chance to have our reasons heard and therefore we lost a good promotion and found ourselves stuck with Oxxio

I ve had a very bad customer service
I ve had a very bad customer service experience with Oxxio Had an internet contract with them for 1 year All of a sudden my contract was de-activated but wasn t done by myself Another provider contacted them on behalf of my address to stop the contract Oxxio didn t inform me about this they de-activated my internet connection and charge me for the rest of the year 285 eur I ve been trying to reach them but very very bad reachable customer service team Problem still not solved Will not recommend Oxxio to anyone

non-existent service provision
Signed up for electric and gas and internet and have ended up cancelling all of them for the electric and gas they increased the costs immediately after signing up and in direct contrast with the price i had been quoted for internet they assured us they would be able to provide the service but at the last moment we worked out this wasn t correct in both cases multiple calls to Oxxio required with useless customer service staff Stick with better known companies for these services

Fraudulent company
I don t understand how this scamming fraudulent company still exist and get away with it They claimed that their internet service is provided by kpn I called Kpn they said that is not true Their customer service is the worst This company need to be sued for fraud and scam
