Does not accept returns

I ordered two dresses from this website After requesting a return I was asked to consider a credit instead due to the high cost to ship to China I don t understand why we have to return the package to China when it was delivered from a NJ address Anyway the company tried to verify if I used the size chart correctly as if that would change my return options When I reminded them of their return policy of without an explanation I was finally given instructions and a return shipping address After paying the cost for international shipping I followed up with an email asking when I should expect my refund The company asked me to provide the tracking number A few days later I received the returned package in the mail with a recipient refused package notice I will never again order from this company

I thought i was ordering Hey Dude Shoes

I thought i was ordering Hey Dude Shoes for my daughter and I paid for the fastest shipping option and the shoes weren t received until a few weeks after Christmas The shoes received were cheap Chinese Knock-offs

CAN T RETURN ITEMS FOR REFUND

Received a prompt and polite email response from customer service telling me it d cost 30 to send back my 20 shirt in order to get a full refund They strongly encouraged I just take a 10 refund and keep the product In other words returns are basically impossible

Fake shoes and bad customer service

Do not order from this website My mother got me the birkenstocks for Christmas besides the fact that they didn t fit me they turned out to be cheap knock offs They came wrapped in plastic and smelt so bad we had to put them outside When we got in touch for a full refund as per their return policy they refused and only offered a 15 refund We told them again that we would like a full refund the refused AGAIN and sent quite the unprofessional email

I was scammed

I was scammed I did not receive my order and I was told it would be re-shipped After going back and forth via email with different customer representatives I never received anything nor another tracking number regarding shipping Totally scammed

This company sells fake merchandise and does not honor their return refund policy This has to be the worst company i have ever ordered from My daughters grandparents ordered her a pair of Birkenstock sandals for Christmas The sandals arrived and you could tell immediately that they were not authentic We contacted customer service to return items and get a refund and they stall by offering a percentage refund if we keep the items We told them no we want to return for a full refund and still have gotten no where They said that return shipping will be expensive Please do not buy anything from this Scam company

TOTAL CHINESE SCAM

TOTAL CHINESE SCAM Sent the wrong size shoes by probably 2 sizes and then said no returns only a 10 discount on next purchase Ridiculous

I ordered 3 pr of vintage style mid calf boots with zipper pockets I received 2 pr 1 broken zipper 1 pair was fine The 3rd order never came I placed the order on the pair that never came on December 4 2022 I have emailed upustyle massive times
