Was supposed to arrive last week but there was apparently an incident which I appreciate happens Almost a week later and there s been no updates on when it ll be shipped or what s happening Bought as a gift and now too late to give

The website let me order an out of stock item then advised it would be refunding me - but this will not include the postage packaging

On the model the jumper came to just below her waist she was 5 6 and wearing a small apparently I am 5ft and I ordered the xs when it arrived it went down to knees there is nothing xs about this jumper if it is to fit like the model was wearing it this keeps happening with your clothes They are always massive

I paid 6 for next day delivery as I wanted to wear the dress for my sister s birthday party There was a delay and my package came 2 days later than it was supposed to and I couldn t wear it at the party I was not refunded

Most of my items were unavailable and only after my purchases i got notified giving me later a refund the rest of the order has not arrived yet even though the delivery time was set almost a week ago Quite disappointing in my honest opinion

My order was not even held at the store for me for 5 days and was immediately cancelled I really don t understand this especially since it was on the Easter weekend I have never ordered here before

Poor delivery time

Paid for the more expensive delivery option as i needed it soon Its been 2 working days already and still hasn t arrived
