They canceled my order saying they can t verify my information I called American Express and they said the charge went through they don t know why Neiman Marcus is saying this NUMEROUS calls to Neiman Marcus and agents are just rude Keep getting transferred to supervisors who are of no help I ve ordered from the before without any issue Something changed on their end and will purchase my shoes from Saks instead
