Cancellation of an Order after already buying it

I successfully ordered a t-shirt unfortunately it was apparently already sold out so I got a message that my order was canceled This incident has diminished my buying experience

We bought two pairs of joggers and when

We bought two pairs of joggers and when we got home we noticed both pairs are faulty we live over an hour away from both of our local stores so it s a real inconvenience and difficult to return one pair has one leg longer than the other and the other pair has elastic sewed on the outside of one of the legs Mt daughter used the online chat but was told the only way to deal with it was to return them to store So not happy

There are a lot of uncertainties around

There are a lot of uncertainties around the delivery One page where I can find al the information about my order the payment and the delivery would take that away Canceling a part of my order without clear explanation or clarity how and or I get my money back made this a frustrating experience

Payed import taxes even tho the pants were under 60 The pants have a thin material and feels like the fit will change after the first wash Good for 60 but definitely not for 90 shippingReally upset

The top I bought is way too small

The top I bought is way too small I can t even fit it over my arms whilst this is the size I always wear No stretching in the top Very disappointed and because I don t live in the UK it s very difficult to return the package

Availability

I ordered a product twice in two different sizes Both times it said that the items would be available- I then later got the notice that they weren t However on the website they are still listed as available I always had good experiences with UO unfortunately not this time
