The jeans had awkward proportions and had a massive waist despite being XS The prices are incredibly high for products of mediocre quality Some items are very cute but outside my budget as a teenager

Very poor quality trousers Opened the pack Returned them straight away But returns seemed to work well

Very nice but also kind of expensive I don t really have enough money to get the stuff I like

The actual item was in perfect condition but the box was torn and the bag was torn when it was delivered

I love urban outfitters but unfortunately the wrong item was sent this time I m waiting on a response from customer services to rectify the problem

I ordered a couple of things and they were late arriving which was expected as I ordered just before the Easter weekend and I don t expect things to be delivered on the bank holidays However the delivery I selected was meant to take between 2 and 4 days which was the whole weekend so I knew it would probably be 5 which is fine however the shop should have some kind of automated email to say sorry it s delayed What s more is there was no communication and my parcel still hadn t arrived on the day after the bank holidays I checked the tracker and it said my parcel had been missort to an incorrect courier and I had no communication about this and it was clearly going to be delayed so I would expect some communication about this

I have been a OU customer for a few years and keep returning This time I felt mislead from what my order was online to what I got I received bedding with no pillow cases rge add implied these where uncluded

I like the clothes but I am not a fan of the service I was shopping alone and had taken some things to try on in the changing rooms I needed a smaller size and asked a staff member if they wouldn t mind asking someone to bring it up as I was half-dressed The declined and said it would be too much of faff for someone to find my size and there s not enough staff They also ask you to put things back on the hanger which begs the question - what s even the point in having a staff member in the changing rooms So I had to get completely re-dressed and back down a whole level to find he smaller size I almost just walked out but I really struggle to find jeans I like Considering I was asking about a 100 item of clothing it would have been nice if they d been a bit more helpful This isn t any criticism of the staff member it s criticising Urban Outfitters for not having enough staff on shift to help out customers They certainly charge enough for the clothes

Sizing is absolutely awful Runs so small And it s really stupid that you can t return in exchange for another size instead return for refund and create a whole new order repaying shipping etc

Fit same as on photos i got even 15 discount but sorry it still looks disgusting for 41 In Primark even better quality 50 cotton and 50 poliester I compared with hudie from other brand - the fabric looks really bad So sad because the design so nice The Paints print even worst Feels horrible i am not sure it will last 3 washes Will pray If u want to understand how it s on touch - order sth on Aliexpress The Hoodie made in Hondura s i wonder if the workers do not getting 2 per hour but knitted very good really but the fabric and how s the print made - i am sure the value of this fabric was less than 4 to make it Will check quality for how many months it will last or maybe days I thought that found new brand which I will like but I won t order anymore
